Employees are nice enough to help you find things in the store, but cashier's are terrible. They will talk about you in Spanish because they think you don't understand and don't care about how they bag things. I've definitely stopped them from putting bread, eggs and dough at the bottom, or seen them do it and pile everything on top. Produce is usually good, but some aren't as fresh as other local shops. I've had ground beef look good and red then come home to find the middle completely smelly and brown. They have just enough variety for the basic things and then some I may need in a pinch, but it's expensive by at least $1.00 more on all products. I'm my opinion, this is a very good supermarket. They have a very good selection of merchandise on the shelves. The deli dept is very good with a good selection of hot and cold foods. They had whole cooked chickens and wings available most days when I've been to the store along with a very fresh selection of salads including but not limited to macaroni, potato, seafood, etc. This store is mostly wheelchair accessible but to be fair some of the aisles are a little tight to navigate through especially if there are other customers in the aisle or if they have merchandise that's waiting to be out in the shelves. My mother fell in this store on spilt water and was injured. While on the floor in pain, she told one of the employees that she needed a minute before she stands up, to which your employee told her that if she can't get up then she needs to crawl out of the way. What kind of customer service is this? That's the kind of people you hire? She's on her way to the hospital now thanks to you guys. You owe quite an apology.
