Dunkin' — Restaurant in City of Yonkers

I had the worst experience at this Dunkin Donuts today. I received an email from Dunkin Donuts Perks saying that if I made a purchase by 4/12/2022, I would earn 400 bonus points – aka two free drinks. When I presented this e-mail to the barista she told me to go to another Dunkin Donuts. She waved me off and proceeded to tell me that she will not give me a free coffee. I asked for the manager and she said they'll be in in two hours. She then went into the office to call the office to cover herself. I asked her coworker what time the manager will be in, and she said they will not be in until tomorrow. I asked what her name was and her coworker said Lilly, but the name on the receipt says Rokiba. I never write bad reviews. She has pushed me to do this. She is constantly abrasive and rude to every customer as I watched her yell at six guests today before it was my turn in line. I am a loyal Dunkin Donuts customer and her behavior has been abominable multiple times now. If she doesn't like working there, she can choose to find another job. It doesn't cost anything to be nice to people. I worked as a barista when I was in college and I would NEVER treat customers the way she does. It's a shame because Dunkin Donuts has awesome cold brew and amazing donuts. This is the closest cafe to my apartment and she makes me not want to go get my coffee here anymore. I always treat everyone with respect saying please and thank you and I always tip. I am surprised that Dunkin Donuts (A huge global brand) would have someone like this...

The manager was very rude over a minor issue of me not receiving my receipt at the time of my purchase. I did not get my receipt immediately with purchase, so once I got my food item I asked for it. After berating the employee who did not give me the receipt in front of me and other customers, she proceeded to tell me that this essentially my fault after it took them a while to find my receipt even though my purchase occurred no more than 5 minutes before I asked for the receipt. I will never return to Dunkin Donuts again if this is the type of people that Dunkin’ Donuts employee. She is not a credit to the brand...

Overall the place is fully clean at the night the workers begin the clean the place for the next day which is what fast food places should do, the food is good and amazing the crew workers had offered me a ice cream sample and other people too which is very nice to them and the ice cream was so good, the workers are very nice and do a great job for keeping the place cleaning the manger does a very good job on putting theses people on track i will come again and i love this place so much from other dunkin dounts! my turtle also loves...
