The only reason they are getting 2 stars is because the food is good only when you receive it, not an hour and a half later and half the order is missing and the other half is cold. I used to order at least 2x a month and always gave a good tip to. Ordered for my elderly mom and received a call from the restaurant moments later asking if she can meet the driver downstairs. I explained that she is immune compromised and if he’s unable to leave the order at her apartment door, we would need to cancel the order since the they claim “driver didn’t have a way to get in the building” aka they didn’t want to deliver into this neighborhood for some odd reason.
