I literally ordered the other day and there was a piece of Brillo pad in my food. It was the nastiest thing in the whole world I’ve ever experienced imagine eating your food midway and then finding a string of Brillo pad your freaking mouth and then I called them so they can make it right and they didn’t do anything. Didn’t give me my money back. Nothing if I could give them a zero star and I should’ve called the department of health. Nobody should go there this place is disgusting. Then they have audacity to make the combo from $25-$27 to now $30. The plantains are hard. Just go to Malacon or Caridad they are the same price and you don’t have to worry about the customer service the quality of your food and then jacking up the price five dollars extra for hot soda and hard plantains.
