Lezama’s Pizza — Restaurant in City of Yonkers

Please don’t order from this business the food quality is poor, and im confident that the positive reviewed are fake. It’s seldom that I leave a review, and I’ve never in my life have written a bad review- till now.

I’ve waited two hrs for my food, during that time my partner and I keep calling asking for an update. The best they could say is “it’s on its way” After two hrs they call asking,” if we still want the food”. Once we denied they hung up, without an apology. Please keep in mind, We live 3 blocks away.

Horrible experience - we’ve given this business a number of chances, we love to support small business in our area. But this is the last straw.

If your looking for a great Italian spot, with great food and customer service try pizza Bella(next to Dunkin’ Donuts). I promise you, you won’t regret it. Again we only tried this place to support them, obviously...

I wanted to share a short story about the owner of I love ny pizza, a few days ago I waking in to the store requesting to speak with the owner and I met him and I told him that I was donating lunch to our health care heroes in few dialysis centers where I transport my clients and he kindly provided me with a few pies and he will give me few discounts without knowing me or asking any questions and I thank him for being part of this cause.

The new owners or new people working there are horrible I'm never ordering from them again it was like I was speaking and no sound came out because I paid for a small pie got a personal pizza cold at that and my salad was suppose to be a large and I paid for a large and got a small yet I was charged for a large the delivery driver had no change and then went to get change and took it apon her self to take a tip I'm livid worst customer service I've ever experienced I was already upset because my order was 24 min late I was already waiting 1hr so unprofessional then they wouldn't answer any of my calls my daughter calls and magically they answer smh do...
