This used to be my go to place until recently. I typically order on the go after work. Last week, I had to wait 20 minutes after arriving to pick up my order. The store was busy and the workers were taking their sweet time. One worker flipped the bird behind the counter. After I finally got my drink, I was still waiting for the plain bantam bagels i ordered. After waiting for a few more minutes and noticing they were not being made, I kindly informed one of the workers about the bagel order I had placed. He asked what kind and I said the plain bantam bagels. He proceeds to make the coffee orders that were placed way after mine before he goes to put my bagel order in the oven. He tells another worker to get them out. That worker takes them and walks to the front of the store to see who ordered them. When he turns around I raise my hand to let him know it is my order. When he gives it to me he rudely says, "You could've said something." I couldn't believe the horrible customer service. To make things worse when I get to my car, I open the bag to find everything flavored bantam bagels instead of plain. I couldn't help but feel like it wad on purpose. I decided not to go back. The Starbucks in Yonkers Central Ave. has great customer service and better tasting drinks. While it is a little out of the way, it's worth the pleasant experience. Today, out of convenience, I decided to give this location another try. Big mistake! My order on the go was not ready again and when it was, it was not done correctly. Wrong drink and wrong food order. The worker who had to redo it said nothing and made me feel like a bother. Not to mention the place looked dirty. I will NOT be returning to...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreWorst Starbucks in the area even if you are a delivery person. They canāt get their hours right and be open when they are supposed to. Closing early or not open during open hours, forgetting items, messing up drinks, dirty bathroom and rudeness and not paying attention staff. No one is assigned to delivery n mobile orders. Itās always one person doing everything and they have an attitude. No one greets me asks who Iām picking up for. 5 people ignored me today for 5 mins. I finally had enough and asked the young lady with thick eye lashes on who was a barista making drinks to check if my uber eats order was ready to be picked up as I see all these Togo orders everywhere not bagged and behind the counter. One girl got pulled away from completing them and the other young lady with the huge lashes was ignoring me while mouthing off to her coworkers, managers with a idgaf attitude disrespectfully. I asked if she can please check if my order is there and she immediately responds With itās not ready yet. I said how do you know itās not ready you didnāt even ask me the name or what they ordered. Can you please check that drink because itās a hot Matcha latte she walks over and checks that drink and said yeah thatās it but itās not bad yet, and youāre gonna have to wait till Iām done with everybodyās order in the store. Iām busy. She mumbled something under her breath, very nasty and went back to doing what she was doing. I kindly canceled the order. Iāll let the next driver and Uber deal with it and I wonāt be ordering from them as I usually do when I go to pick up orders because itās actually very close to my house.. Sad Iād rather drive to the Starbucks thatās in Macyās...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI've been coming here consistently for about half a year now, whether to sit down and work or grab a coffee while I run errands. The quality of service really depends on when you order/what day of the week. The last couple times I've gone in the afternoons and I've mobile ordered an iced caramel macchiato with light ice and whipped cream. Both times, the baristas forgot my whipped cream entirely, and they've left room at the top of my drink (whether to add whipped cream or because I asked for light ice, I can't say). The first time, I could see they were busy so I chalked it up to a mistake and went on my way. The second time, they weren't busy and seemed to be rather slow so I asked for the barista to give me whipped cream. She popped open my drink, added 2 circles of whipped cream (didn't even stack it or try to make it look nice) and gave it back to me. No sorry, not another word said. I'd been waiting for a couple of minutes and could see that she was consistently messing up drinks because people were asking her to change things about the drinks she herself placed on the counter, and she served everyone who voiced a complaint with the same attitude. I've worked in food service before, so I understand that people have bad days. But that doesn't mean you should take it out on...
