Ho Ho Chinese Kitchen — Restaurant in City of Yonkers

The customer is always right? Not at Ho Ho. I called and placed an order for delivery and what came is not what I ordered. I ordered chicken and broccoli steamed with no sauce and what came was chicken with broccoli in brown sauce. I called back to tell them and the manager, Tim or Jin, basically called me a liar. Now, I've been ordering from this place for over 20 years but obviously they don't care about their customers. Why would I lie after being a customer for over 20 years? Even if I did (which I didn't), isn't the customer always right? I'm disgusted at how I was treated and ask everyone to boycott Ho Ho. There are other chinese restaurants out there who will now get my business. Ho Ho never will again. And the manager should be fired or at least stay behind the scenes and not answer the phone. Shame...

We ordered dinner and an hour later, it hadn't been delivered. So I walked across the street to pick it up. The delivery guy was just leaving with our food. It was medium temp and had obviously been sitting waiting for a delivery person to pick it up. When I went in to complain, the guy at the register nastily said "if you want it faster, you have to come and get it yourself". All good. We won't be coming back. We've been in the neighborhood for a year and used to order all the time but the quality of the food has been declining. We've tried a few times over the past few months, hoping it would go back to what it was, but tonight was the last straw. I don't know what happened to them, they used to be excellent food, excellent service...

The food here use to be passable now its just horrible. The night before I ordered a large chicken noodle soup and an order of chicken wings. The soup was completely tasteless and the most insulting part of it all was the chicken wings. So they now cut the wings in half and give you six pieces as 1 order. I have lived and eaten NYC Chinese take out my whole life and 1 order of chicken wings have always come with 4 whole chicken wings. They are now selling you 3 wings for the same price of 4 you use to get or can get other places and trying to trick the consumer by saying "Oh hey look at the value here your getting 6 pieces" This type of stuff is terrible.
