I never I mean NEVER do reviews but I feel like I need to make it a point to do a review of this place. I live local to this spot and was really intrigued by their menu and to try them out. I want to state that I did not go into this place personally, me and a coworker ordered from Uber Eats. My first issue with them was I ordered the roast beef sandwich, it showed it was supposed to have roast beef, cheese and caramelized onions…. It did not! The roast beef was NOT roast beef it was actually Pastrami which I do not like! The onions were not caramelized but grilled lightly almost raw white onions. The roll was not “toasty” at all but will say it was soft. I was not happy about it at all! I took 2 bites and threw it out. I also ordered the cheese fries since I love any cheese fries that have a cheese like sauce to them. The fries did come hot surprisingly and looked delicious until I had my first initial bite of it and the cheese fries sauce had a zing to the sauce almost like a lemony taste to it. Like how does anyone put lemon or whatever in a cheese sauce?! I even had my coworkers try it thinking maybe it was my taste buds that were off?! But they all made the same face I did like when eating something with sour taste to it. I was so disappointed with my lunch from this place and it was on the pricier...

Food- By far their strongest attribute, everything I ate was delicious and flavorful. Everything that I saw others eating looked like it was delicious as well.

Price- Very reasonable by today’s standards.

Decor- The interior has a very modern design, the ambience is pleasant.

Staff- Nice people, very accommodating.

Service- The one outlier in the experience is that it’s extremely slow. I walked in to place a to-go order for 3 items and it took over a half hour. I was told by seated customers that this is a typical issue which is why they chose to call in their order ahead of time even though they were eating inside.

Bottom line: Good help is hard to come by these days, especially for small businesses. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone searching locally for an excellent sandwich or wrap. Just make sure that you either have plenty of time to spare or phone in your order...
