New Art Nail — Local services in City of Yonkers

I went here on Thursday for a pedicure. The lady was done doing my pedicure in 13 minutes. She didn’t cut any of my cuticles or take off any of the dry skin on the edge of my toes. The bottom of my feet are still rough. She poked me with the nipper by accident and by Friday my right big toe was swollen and has pus which is clearly an indicator of an infection. 0/10 do not recommend going here EVER. Also they basically force you to tip which isn’t fair when their service is shitty. The lady was also pushing a more expensive pedicure service and I had to say no multiple times which is very awkward. She insisted I needed callus remover multiple times and I kept declining because I don’t even have calluses. It was not a good service at all. Never ever ever going here again. So I walked in this past Sunday with my 12 year old daughter for pedicures. Worst pedicures!! My daughters nails were cut down but not shaped or filed properly. The edges were sharp and her toes just looked unusual. I hesitated but went through with a gel pedicure and it was horrible. You can see the imperfections and see through the color. She also charged $25 for my 12 years old pedicure which was literally to cut the nails, file them smooth and polish. No cuticle cutting or pushing or any type of callus remover. I really don’t like confrontation so I paid and left. She also kept pushing me to spend more $ on special pedicures or extra massage time. I think she might be a new owner but what a shame!! I can’t find a place that actually knows how to do nails and feet...

Not Happy with the service. There is a young kid that works there is a nasty kid.Got a French manicure and the kid did a not do such a great job. My nails kept smearing and was touched up a few times and I told him I apologize for complaining but had a wedding the next day. Went back the next day because a few nails chipped and the kid kicked me out and wouldn't touch up my nails, plus the kid kept sniffling. If he was sick, he should of stayed home. What kind of place kicks something out like that and I was willing to throw a few bucks to touch up my nails.
