Arby's — Restaurant in Clare

Stopped at drive thru and placed my order, only 2 cars at drive thru including me . Saw 1 customer waiting at counter inside, they took my money and I waited and waited then they came to the window and told me to drive to front and they will bring it to me. Drove around and waited and waited. They finally brought out or food and we left and got back on highway. Opened the bag and there were fries only in the bag, we ordered 2 classic roast beef sandwiches and 1 large crinkle fry and 1 small curly fry and a water, never got the sandwiches. For only having 3 customers in the whole place it should not be that hard to get the whole order in a timely manner. I will never stop here or any Arby's again. The manager should be fired. I've had good and bad experiences here. Usually service is fine and the food is not bad, as far as fast food goes. I love me a good jamocha shake, but I liked it better when it was just in a cardboard cup with no cherry and whipped cream, the other stuff just seems unnecessary. OK so now to the bad. I ordered a Philly Cheese steak sub, and when I opened it the meat was red and it had a pool of blood in the bottom of the container. So I took it back inside and they told me that it was how it was supposed to be and told me it was fully cooked to specification. My wife and I are local to the Arby's in Clare, and as we choose to periodically, we opted to grab dinner from there after a sporting event last week. As a part of that meal we purchased a large curly fry to share, and by the attached photo, this is what we received, which by our experience is typically a medium size. Included in that was a pretty significant scrap of coating from what I can only believe was from chicken strips. Normally I am not to concerned about portions, but the ever increasing cost of take out, this was disappointing, and definitely a consideration...
