Carl’s Jr. — Restaurant in Claremore

The inside is filthy had to wipe down my own table watched the person who job it is to do it and they just grabbed the trash that was left on the table didn't wipe it down or anything and the self serve condiments dispensers are dirty. Soda is off flavored like they reused the hoses from other flavors on the machine when it was installed. Drive thru is slow there is one good employee a nice young Kid named Dalton he makes the place fun doing a "Price as Right" Voice for the ordering. they charge extra for every little thing like if you add tomato pickles etc. they morning meal are only coffee other wise they charge extra for it also like a soda expect at least a .20 cents extra and never do they say that it will be extra or that only coffee is included at the combo price the tomatoes are at least added to the screen with a cost added next to them but not the soda and then if you say anything you have to speak with someone who isn't able to clearly communicate and makes you the bad guy. Well guess what i don't have to eat here and frankly i will not be eating here any more and well i ate here a lot way more than i should have it was close but i'm willing to drive a bit more for people who don't nickle and dime you and know that tables need wiped down after use! and frankly they could have said sorry about the mistakes instead of blaming me for their issues I don't understand how them overcharging me and forgetting my items is my fault other than I messed up coming here. I have included my receipt so you now I'm not just a troll and you can clearly see there is no up-charge for the soda just a wrong price on the combo ring up soda 0.00 not soda 0.20 the correct price is $5.99 not $6.19 and when you charge extra for something make sure you give it to them because i didn't get my drink that i was charged extra for.

I personally hadn’t gone to a Carl’s Jr. in over 10 years (I just didn’t remember there being much I liked there). Well this location has completely changed my opinion after trying today!. The building is old & definitely could use a remodel, but either way you go for the food; and not for the building! I ordered a big char chile angus burger with some fries, jalapeño poppers, & a root beer. They service there was the ABSOLUTE BEST! I’ve ate at TONS of places & often hate the fake smiles & quotes you hear from restaurant employees, this location was AMAZING!. The guy (didn’t catch his name) was not only super nice, but didn’t make it feel like a fake smile at all! He genuinely was happy to serve me food & made me feel VERY welcomed! 100% the BEST service I’ve EVER had (yes including the my pleasures from chik fil a). He gave me plenty of time, made sure I was satisfied, and asked if I need any ranch or anything for my poppers. On top of the AMAZING service; the food was delicious!.. the burger wasn’t my favorite but it was still okay!, but the fries & poppers were AMAZING! Each fry tasted perfectly salted & flavored like the last, & the poppers were fresh out of a fryer with a nice crispy crunch outside & hot gooey cheese/ jalapeño on the inside!… I wouldn’t order the burger again, but I could eat those fries & poppers ALL DAY! I had an exceptional experience at the Claremore Carl's Jr. recently, all thanks to Lexi! From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with a warm and genuine smile that made me feel welcome. Lexi was incredibly attentive and took the time to ensure my order was taken correctly and efficiently. She demonstrated a high level of professionalism and friendliness, which is rare to find these days. Not only was she quick to take my order, but she also made sure that everything was prepared to perfection. She checked in to see if I needed any additional condiments or if there was anything else she could do to enhance my dining experience. Her positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile truly set her apart. The restaurant was busy, but Lexi handled everything with grace and composure. She managed to keep a smile on her face and maintain a pleasant demeanor, even during the rush. It's clear that she cares about her customers and takes pride in her work.
