I ordered 3 sushi rolls for take-out. The Hawaiian roll under Specialty Rolls, and the Spicy Tuna and Philadelphia roll under Regular/Classic rolls. I substituted the seaweed for soy paper. The spicy tuna was literally just that, spicy tuna. It would be nice with cucumber or avocado with it, so I wasnt expecting just the spicy tuna. It was delicious, though. The Philadelphia was good, but the ratio of cream cheese and salmon was almost too much, an overwhelming amount with each bite, so the first bite was good, but as you get into the roll, it just becomes heavy in the mouth. Cream cheese should compliment, not overwhelm. Sushi is a delicate thing, proportions are to be delicate as well. Not everything needs to be "more", "extra", or "big". This is my personal opinion and review when it comes to regular rolls, but I will definitely be back to try other rolls, as it was still a very enjoyable meal.

I'm a sushi newbie, and a friend's been talking about this place. We went, on a whim, last Thursday, and I'm glad we did. The staff was friendly and courteous, and the decor was nice; they still had Valentine's decor up, and that added to the quaintness of the place. We had the Bagel, Tiger, Spider, and Shrimp Tempura told, and they were all really good! The pricing on the regular rolls, is really reasonable at $5 each. I'm already looking forward to our next trip in!

Tried this local sushi joint. Service was good for being take out. I called ahead and was quoted 15 minutes but arrived in 10 minutes at it was ready. Place was nice and had a good atmosphere If you wanted to dine in. I ordered the Dynamite Roll and was disappointed. It fell flat on flavor. Menue said it's crunchy and I had no crunch at all. The dynamite sauce was tasteless and nothing dynamite about it.

My boyfriend and I go to Tokyo pretty often. The food and service are always great, but last night was a little different. It seems like everytime we place a to go order either via phone or online there is always some kind of issue. We placed an online order, showed up at the restaurant about 20 minutes later because we didn't order very much and we assumed that would have given them plenty of time to get our food ready. I went inside and Sophie had me pay for my food and then she walked to the kitchen. I assumed she was getting our order, but she never came back. Another 25 minutes or so went by and nothing. Several employees walked by me as well and never asked if I had been helped. They were not that busy so I'm not sure why things were taking so long. Sophie finally came up to the front with our order, began to hand it too me, then snatched the bag back away from me, sets it on the counter and begins double checking the order, then she basically shoved it back at me without ever saying a word. Then she stormed off. I'm assuming they completely forgot our order and made it after I paid, which okay I get it, but at least just let me know what's going on. The food was great as usual, but we probably won't be ordering to go again since they can't seem...

Sushi is great especially location wise. We’ve been here a few times and never had any issues. Recently went for lunch and our waitress was Raven. We got our check and paid with a debit card. I left her tip in cash. Once we left the restaurant I checked my account via my phone maybe 10 minutes later and noticed the amount shown on my statement was different than what I had signed for. We went back in to confront the issue. Raven went to “get the manager” and shortly came back saying this happened to a customer a few years back and that the amount should be corrected tomorrow and to call us if it wasn’t. 48 hours later the correct amount showed up in my account but it seems she double dipped. If we ever go back I’ll only be paying in cash but I doubt I’ll return there. We are very sad because the owners and other waiters/waitresses have been great along with their food. Beware and double check your accounts! I have pictures of proof of the incident if management would like...
