Chili's Grill & Bar — Restaurant in Claremore

This review is for the Claremore location. Let me start with this, I have visited this location a couple of times, and both visits were similar. The food was great, once we got everything we ordered. I don't feel like it was the kitchen's mistakes even though they server threw the blame that direction. I don't think they pay enough attention to the customer's requests. We had the Trio Fajitas to share with chips and queso to come out with the meal. The queso came out but no chips and salsa until we questioned it. Apparently, you now have to request salt and pepper as well and hope it gets there before you finish the meal. The atmosphere was as expected from Chili's, and the tables were clean, and the music was at a level where you could still talk without yelling. As we entered the restaurant the young man at the door greeted us and asked as usual how many and we answered 2. Then a young lady approached him and told him not to seat us right now. And he asked how long and she replied 5 to 10 minutes. Now there was 2 tables open in the bar area and several chairs around the bar, but none offered. So while we wait, the young man stands there coloring a picture. That is just as bad as standing there on a cell phone and not giving customer service. So we finally got seated and had an outstanding server, Shaun. She stayed on top of our drinks and made sure we were well taken care of. Now for the food....Horrible! The bacon ranch quesadilla was over cooked, thrown together, tasted like left over canned chicken instead of fresh chicken. I called to complain at Claremore chilis that I didn’t get my complete order. They told me I could come back I didn’t want to due to waiting more than 20 minutes from the time it was ready via email. I complained my food was cold and fries soggy from wings because I didn’t know wings go in the same box. I was told I would receive coupons to make up the difference of the wait and missing item and soggy food, but never received them. Also when they came out 20 minutes after my order told me it was ready they came out and asked if we wanted a second order because they made two of my order and we said sure because we waited 20 minutes above the time scheduled she went to ask her manager and she came back 5 minutes later and said sorry we are saving it for use on others orders. Which to be honest that’s disgusting I would hate to get old food on account of the restaurant making...
