Packing both customer service and coffee knowledge. Put two shots in a 16oz Americano, also pouring hot water and shots over ice making an extremely watery drink that didn't even taste like coffee. When I tried to educate them on it- they insisted they have to use the hot water because it is filtered. I asked them to re make my drink using water from spicket and ended up getting charged for 2 more shots, another 2.74 on top of what I had already paid. Very confused why this ship has 4.9 stars it highly disappointed. The owner needs to really gain some coffee knowledge before opening up a coffee shop. ( Also the aesthetic was very clean and modern but too sterile and lacked any pictures, wall hangings, or originality. )

We got a cold brew with cold foam, and Iced vanilla latte - both were really good.

They have a menu with all your coffee / beverage favorites eith tons of options for flavoring! We noticed they had donuts and some pastries from Clark Donuts as well.

We loved the sleek/modern design inside and I can see it being a great college hangout for students given the location.

They have tons of seating and a large back room with tons of tables and games to play with...
