Main Moon Chinese Restaurant — Restaurant in Clark

I am re-doing my review of Main Moon. What was once my family's "go to" Chinese place, has dropped in quality severely.. not just in quality/quantity of food and portions, but the customer service is pathetic. For whatever reason, I do not know why they thought it was a good idea to hire white kids to answer the phone, but they NEVER get the orders right anymore. I miss the authentic Chinese service I used to get, and they were ALWAYS PERFECT... why change? Not only that, the kids that answer the phone are "ghetto" Clark high school kids, get the orders wrong, and don't even have the courtesy to give you bags of noodles or bags of sauces unless you ask.. and they are so unprofessional they will say "Yo I gotchu.." and give you 1 half bag of noodles... China Moon used to be generous to their loyal customers, always had orders correct, ready, and on time.. if not they made up for it with friendly service... not anymore... I am sorry but had to take away a few stars... lose the ghetto Clark high school kids who can't even take orders properly or treat customers respectively.. they are...

Spring rolls are so tasty. Light & airy not greasy at all. Food is delicious & I would have given them a 5..but, I ordered from the car as I sat in the restaurant parking lot. I asked for (2) orders of Spring rolls which would have been (4) pieces but I was only given 1 order which was 2 pieces so my daughter & 1 had 1 spring roll each...that was a bummer. I ordered shrimp & broccoli & was given chicken in broccoli- which was delicious but was NOT what the dish ordered. And there were no napkins in the bag. I don't believe a restaurant should serve takeout. Put forks in the bag & not napkins...if I ask for utensils ie;fork/spoon..napkins should automatically be included or in plain site for the customer to help...

This is a perfect takeaway Chinese food eatery of the locality which serves amazing food when it comes to taste, I have ordered fried chicken dumplings & garlic chicken lunch special, the lunch specials are served from 11am - 3 pm & you can select the sides from the menu & it comes with a selection of either an egg roll or soup & roasted pork fried rice!! The chicken in garlic sauce was flavorful but there was very very less chicken in it, they mostly fill the box with broccoli 😂!! The taste of the pork fried rice is to fie for!! The egg roll was just so so amazing too!! The dumplings were just as flavorful & yum as the rest of the other food!! But definitely the portion of protein was a hog...
