Jameel was very knowledgeable and friendly. He was patient and answered all my questions I had about the mattress I purchased BUT UNFORTUNATELY THE MATTRESS THAT I PURCHASED A YEAR AGO HAS HAD ME IN THE CHIROPRACTOR ON AND OFF WITH BACK PAIN I WAKE UP UNRESTED AND MY BACK IS STIFF. IT WAS THE THIRD MATTRESS THAT WAS DELIVERED THAT WAS REFERRED TO ME FOR ISSUES WITH THE BACK AND THAT'S NOT THE CASE! THEY ARE NOT GOOD FOR PEOPLE WITH BACK ISSUES.I CALLED 2 DAYS AGO AND TALKED TO PHIl ABOUT THE ISSUE AND HE SAID HE WOULD ESCALATE THE PROBLEM GIVE HIM UNTIL THE NEXT FOLLOWING DAY THE LATEST WELL I HAVEN'T HEARD FROM YOU PHIL! PHIL THOUGHT HE KNEW A LOT ABOUT THE MATTRESS THAT I PURCHASED CLAIMING THAT EVERYBODY THAT BOUGHT THE MATTRESS HAD NO COMPLAINTS WELL I DO! HE WAS TELLING ME THAT IT MUST BE AN UNDERLYING ISSUE... IT DOESN'T MATTER YOU SHOULD STILL FEEL RESTED AND NOT WAKE UP WITH A BACKACHE FROM THE MATTRESS THAT YOU CLAIM IS GOOD FOR PEOPLE WITH BACK ISSUES . Read moreAfter the birth of my son, my husband and I decided we needed a a new bed for his older sibling asap! With no real time to research, my husband just walked into mattress firm and bought a suggested mattress. After a few weeks We decided that this mattress just wasn't for us, but with our new life with newborn and toddler - the weeks turned into months , and all of a sudden, we were past our trial period. Upon walking into the store, I told Robert of our situation, and he agreed to try and find a solution. I had limited options at this point. I really did not care for any of the given choices - and actually left somewhat frustrated- even though Robert was as kind as he could be. I called a few hours later , and it seemed that Robert had been doing some digging of his own to really try and make us happy customers.... I am happy to report, that we found a solution and I am indeed a happy customer! We will certainly be back to service our family's needs in the future. It speaks volumes, when someone goes above and beyond their jobs responsibilities to help somebody. I highly recommend this store, and am so appreciative- Thank you...
Read moreI went to Mattress Firm to buy a mattress for my son, but I forgot my Mattress Firm credit card. Jason, the salesperson, offered to look me up in the system to process the payment. However, he told me my card was canceled due to inactivity and that I needed to open a new one.
I was skeptical, but I went along with the process. After getting home, I called Synchrony Bank to confirm, and they informed me that my original card was still active. In fact, the bank told me that Jason should have been able to see that my card was active in the system when he processed the payment.
What's even more frustrating is that Jason charged the purchase to my old card, not the new one. This made the whole process of opening a new card completely unnecessary. I now have an extra credit card and a hard inquiry on my credit report, which will affect my credit for two years. It appears Jason opened the new card solely to earn a commission.
I tried to contact the store to report Jason's behavior, but I never received a response. Overall, I had a disappointing experience with Mattress Firm, and I hope they take steps to...
