Chef B's Diner — Restaurant in Clarksburg

We happened upon this place on our way to get coffee. It’s easy to get to and located right in front of the food court, Starbucks and outdoor seating. The brand colors and name grabbed my attention, along with the tech savvy menu sign and ordering kiosk. I was able to order from the chef but the kiosk makes it easy for people to order while your food is bring prepped. Often you have to wait for someone to take your order at similar places, but this seemed like a smart choice to manage orders and cooking. The made from scratch food was prepared super fast and was absolutely delicious! Everything was cooked to perfection. The tots were my son’s favorite! Crispy, potato-y, with a savory dipping sauce. The French toast sticks were my favorite. The corn flakes they are rolled in added a nice touch to make them hold their texture and not be soft. They had just the right amount of crisp. The berry dipping sauce was delightful to dip them in making it the perfect accompaniment. The scrambled eggs were fluffy and seasoned just right. We also ordered the pink smoothie. It was fun to look at and drink!

We will definitely be back to explore more of the menu. The added perk is they serve breakfast all day!

My wife and I tried Chef B’s the other evening while shopping at the Clarksburg Outlets. We were looking for someplace close, but that also had a high Google Review rating. We noticed Chef B’s very high rating, and decided to give it a try for the first time. And we were so thankful we did! Nice little setup across the way from the Food Court, with plenty of outdoor seating around. We put in our order for the Toasties, TOTS Basket, Caprese Me Please, and Handfuls of Happiness (Peach). Only took 5 minutes to prepare, and when the food arrived the presentation actually looked like the menu pictures! Everything we had was fantastic, and we could not be more pleased. WOW is all I can say. Stumbled upon this food truck while on our way to another restaurant at the outlets. Decided to just take a peek at the menu while walking, and glad we did. Such a unique menu with unique items - had the meatloaf sandwich and the crab tots and they were absolutely amazing. Probably the bets meatloaf sandwich I've ever had. Couldn't do it any better. Only downside is I wish this were a restaurant a bit closer to me - I'd be in there every week. Congrats guys - you have a winner here! Hope you're able to expand the business...
