I’m hosting a fundraising event at my salon next month. First time ever. Could I just buy everything for the raffle, yes I can. But as a small business I’ve been trying to get other small business involved. I’m trying to put a gift card basket together to raffle off at the event. I’ve connected with some incredible managers, owners, and small businesses doing their best to make it in the hard economy we live in currently. It’s been a pretty pleasant experience.. all things considered knowing how many people hit up all the businesses in this area. Trust me I’ve gotten it many times over the years. I walked into this business today (which I’ve gone during down time hours, if there’s a full restaurant or line I have left and returned later) I have opened doors for guest and been very respectful. Today I was met with… “The owners way to busy, and does not really care about what’s on that silly paper you have there”. There was not a soul in the restaurant or even a line at all. Read moreI called and placed an order for pick up I spoke to a female. I ordered the 12 inch club which comes with turkey ham and bacon its supposed to come with tomatoes lettuce and onion as well I ordered mine with no onion add provolone cheese. Mayo on the side. I also ordered a steak sub for my husband and plain hotdogs for my daughter as well as fries and drinks with each item. Mind you she repeated the order back to me. We picked up the order the total was 33$ and some change I got home and look at my sub and its a turkey sub no mayo on the side no bacon or ham I called and a man awnsered and said " you ordered a turkey sub" I had to fight with this man because I know what I order. Finally he just said " okayyyyy" I will not be ordering from here again. He tried placing the blame on me then on his female employee you should not run a business if you have poor customer service. Not to mention in the previous times I've ordered they forgot the fries. And another order the lathered the subs in butter to the point where when I called today I had to tell them no butter the whole sub tasted like butter...
Read moreI used to give this place five stars. But anymore I'm going to have to give it 2, and that's being generous. The food is still great but every time I call in they never answer, and asking for anything specific seems to be a problem. I wish the old man still ran this place 😪 Update 8/24/24 I, in good conscience, can no longer recommend this restaurant at all. I ordered a steak hoagie and gravy fries 🍟 and it was all inedible. I was literally able to pick up the gravy with a fork and move it off the fries and plop it over on the other side of the Styrofoam container. And it all stayed together in its glumpy blob. When I returned them to the cook I was told that gravy is thick. Seeing how outlandish this was I decided not to replace them bc obviously the chef can't cook at all. The sub was so dry and fried out that when I offered it to a stray dog, it snubbed its nose at it and walked off! Now that's saying something. I'm just extremely Disappointed and believe that this place needs to go on Kitchen...
