"I had an incredibly frustrating experience at the ARBY’S Near gate three and four on Fort Campbell Boulevard drive-through last night, April 24. When I attempted to place my order, the person taking it repeatedly asked me to repeat myself. When I slowed down to clarify, another staff member accused me of having an attitude. By saying we don't need your attitude. Despite requesting to speak with a manager, the situation escalated with the employees accusing me of having an attitude. Whatever that meant. Not understanding how we got to this point. I asked to speak to another manager. The manager's response only added to my frustration, implying that my manner of speaking was rude. She stated that have I started speaking slow that implied I was saying the person was dumb. The employee taking the order repeated the order to me 3 times. Never once was I think no such thing I just wanted her to understand me. what I was thinking. This experience has left me deeply disappointed, and I have no intention of returning to that store. It's clear that they don't value my patronage, but their poor customer service is likely a contributing factor to their low customer turnout." The person in charge also stated she didn't hear the conversation but focused on the fact that I slowed my speech down intentionally. Please get this store together. Read moreI placed an online order through the app and went into the store at 1:02 because my order was supposed to be ready at 1:04. I was not acknowledged at all and at 1:09 an employee still did not acknowledge me and finally pulled the receipt for my order. At 1:17 my order was shown as marked ready on the app and was still not ready. The store lied that my order was ready and I still did not receive my order until 1:20. I wanted to cancel my order because I am beyond frustrated that I have not been acknowledged at this point and my order was clearly falsely marked ready. Since I had yet to be acknowledged I went through the drive through were I was not Apologized to and nothing was done for making me wait and being ignored. The store employee proceeded to lie to me and tell me that the order had been ready. If that was true then why was I not informed sooner and given my food since I was inside waiting in a lobby with only 1 other person. Read moreMy three year olds first time eating a roast beef slider and going to Arby’s and she was so excited to see the curly fries and eat them, but I was only able to get like two curly fries in tact which made my child scream and cry in anger because I couldn’t find any more curly fries. Her crying didn’t stop till she drank some of her Dad’s orange cream shake. Thank goodness we were the only dine in eaters last night because my child’s screams are very loud. Overall my Classic French Dip & Swiss was really good and our au jus dip was pipping hot. Everything was hot and fresh even the Jalapeño poopers. That bronco berry sauce was delicious even my child cried when I took it away from her because she was literally just eating the sweet sauce instead...
