What a yummy, wonderful blessed surprise@Bulgogi House right at the gate of Fort Campbell. Upon entering the atmosphere is clean, chic urban decor; a mixture of wood, metal panels, and warm tones. A little touch of farmhouse flair accents (i e. Greenery, pots of plants (i.e., lavender in the women's bathroom). The staff were friendly and attentive although very busy. The surprise - the menu was so familiar then I heard a warm and inviting voice ....I have heard so many times before, "Hi, Welcome to...but it was the Bulgogi House....". I told my husband I knew that voice. This was our first time in the area and first visit to this restaurant. ?? A genuine greeting and consistent welcome. The familiarity gave me a sense of comfort and relaxation. I needed to know, surely is this the lady, the sweet sister from Cafe Korea in St. Robert, Missouri, near Fort Leonard Wood ? Management changed at that restaurantsome years ago Humm again, Selah. Well, sure of enough? The person that delivered our appetizer was this very pleasant and kind lady - the restaurant owner of Bulgogi House. Immediately, I said, "I know you - your voice and service for years in St.Robert...she responded yes, I was a waitress, etc. Yes, although she didn't remember me, she did remember my husband. Nevertheless, my recall was due to the consistent kindness and care of the patrons and the same warm smile and gratitude expressed. We talked briefly about the Missouri experience and celebrated the opening of her restaurant with the same great flavors and tastes of the menu. I absolutely go for the spicy beef bulgogi, dot s. Bibimbap (hot pot): Love the korean pancake. The food was totally delicious and the exact same great taste of the old Cafe Korea. We celebrate the new business and the success. May the Lord continue to favor and bless the owner, her family, and staff. This is a long review, but it is needful. The Bulgogi House at the gate of Fort Campbell is a spot to dine for authentic Korean food in a pleasant atmosphere. "Unnie", affectionately most respectfully. Keep up the excellent service, and thank you for stopping at the table for a quick chat. Enough said, right. Great Food, great spot an excellent restaurant....

I had ordered takeout from Bulgogi House prior to dining in this evening. It was my friend's birthday and he has never had Korean so we met here. Clean, simple and quiet dining area. We were seated maybe a minute or two after we arrived. We were served by a young lady named Sam. She was friendly and quick to take our drink and food order. After ordering the Mandu and Gimbap for an appetizer, we let Sam know that we would decide on dinner entrees in a few minutes. The appetizers arrived quickly, along with the standard small dishes of banchan sides. Paejeon, kimchee radish, cucumber and cabbage. All was very delicious. We ordered the beef Bulgogi and japchae noodle dishes for our meal. Everything was so fresh and very delicious. The Manager even touched our table to see how we were doing. We also placed an order to bring extra food home for later. Thank you Sam and Bulgogi House staff for a great dine in experience at Bulgogi House. We will ask for you the next...

We were greeted by a younger gentlemen who quickly guided us to our seat. Once seated our drink orders were taken. This place has been renovated so didn’t recognize any of the staff. In the past I enjoyed coming into eat after a long day of work, the atmosphere isn’t the same though the past wasn’t much better. It was more of a place to go in eat, be happy and leave. This place lends to a “Welcoming” atmosphere however isn’t quite there yet. Upon ordering I ordered the Dolsot-BimBimBop, which in the past has always been my “ALL TIME FAVORITE” not after today... the soup was brought out no spoons, then the eggs were over done leaving the “DOLSOT” pointless then the red sauce which is usually served as a paste came out in a ketchup bottle which was almost just that... squeezed the bottle and a sweet less spicy red ketchup emitted and the dish fell flat. It’s my first time back since under new ownership... Not sure if this will be my last time or just my last for...

I would give it 5 stars but the service was not up to the high quality of the meal . No one ever came back to fill my drink and there were only two customers in the place. I had the Bento Box and they gave very generous amounts of food and all the Korean side dishes . Every thing was very good and very mild for a Korean meal . I like spice but I have no complaint about the taste at all . It is rather pricy with my meal being 20+ including my Iced tea . Even with the high price I will most likely go back . I have upgraded my evaluation to 5 stars because I went there yesterday and both the food and service was outstanding . I got the bento box again and I have no complaints about the quality or quantity of the meal . The price 19.61 for lunch is high but it is still a good value . I can get a great bento box for about 12.00 at another restaurant but it’s 45 min away .

Great immediately as we walked and was seated. Sign clearly states they are understaffed. But you could not tell. The young man who took care of us, actually everyone that came in. Was very helpful as we had many questions. Food came out fast and hot. The food came out too fast. A few minutes behind the appetizers. The crab ragoon was very tasty. One of the I have eaten. The steamed mondu is perfect. Beware, it's a large portion, and I took a few home with us. Main courses hot and spicy Ramin with egg and cheese. It is very flavorful and spicy. Also, large serving. The Yakisoba is also very good. Was a sweet flavor very tasty. The meal comes with 4 bottomless sides radish, cucumber kimchi, cabbage kinchi, roasted potatoes, and some kind of flour pancake. There is no room left for dessert. Will definitely return when in this area again.

My wife and I had the beef bulgogi. The actual bulgogi beef was good. Disappointed with the amount of sides given for two and lack of onions in the bulgogi though . I asked the server if we could get a little more, she said no it’s family style so she can only bring out one set, they can be refilled. Ok I understand that but then at least put more in the dishes. And since that’s the last time anyone came to our table, that’s all we were given. Mind you we were the only patrons in there at the time. So if my wife and I came in 5 minutes apart and sat at different tables and ordered, we would have received our own sides right? I go to Korean restaurants a lot so I know the sides are not supposed to be a big filling serving but this is ridiculous. Please see my Bidenomics sides for two.
