Last two times I drove across town because the Burger King restaurants are quite a distance apart, only to get there and find out that they are closed. First time was because they didn't have enough help. However I was the only customer they had. Tonight, they were shut down for the transition from dinner to breakfast. Never knew you had to shut down the entire restaurant for a simple transition. And once again, no other customers in site. This place needs to get their act together, out of every 10 times I go there, I'm probably only happy once. 9 out of 10 I am very disappointed.
Update... Things haven't changed. So I go through drive-thru at 9:52 p.m. tonight oh, and to my surprise, they're open for business. However, I order a Double Whopper no pickle, a large french fry, and a free 4 piece chicken nugget with barbecue. Order was fast, and another big shocker, everything was hot and delicious. So I eat the french fries first, due to the fact that I am driving alone. When I arrive at the place I plan on sitting to finish eating the rest am I order, everything is running smoothly. That is until I get to the Double Whopper. I don't know how many have had the experience of enjoying a fresh cooked Double Whopper. But those of us who have, know beyond a shadow of a doubt, napkins are a top priority when eating any delicious hamburger. So I reach in the bag and... Yep, you guessed it... No napkins! I don't understand this at all. I mean it is I don't even know what to say..... It's really unbelievable that human beings are not smart enough to make sure that when you hand out a Double Whopper, make sure it has napkins in it. The only responsibility you have in drive-thru is, making the drink, receiving money and giving change, and putting napkins in the damn bag. Come on get it together. I would like to see one of those employees there eat a Double Whopper without a napkin. I don't know what it would take for them to realize that customer service is first... Worrying about your drive-thru times should not matter at all. I mean, what is the percentage that one of those employees that were in there tonight, stay with Burger King for the rest of their life? I would like to know that percentage. It just... I...
Read moreThis is a very inconsiderate, unprofessional, non-trained, and poorly ran restaurant establishment that does not care about keeping local customers. After reporting to the manager on duty about my wife's very bad slip and fall incident that occur while we were in their store in front of many individuals that spoke with us afterwards who witnessed it take place which resulted in her having to get medically treated and her experiencing loss time from her job due to their store having wet floors an them not even having a wet floor sign posted up anywhere in the store. The manager on duty clearly did not even care enough to try to even fix or resolve the situation. He only wanted to get back to making his burgers.
We even had to make him aware that their was no wet floor sign even up in the store so they could go put one out. Even more so their was not even an incident report even filled out by the manager.
I have spoken with their store manager, who referred me to their district manager, whom I have left multiple messages for and even left multiple messages with their franchise headquarters regarding the incident that occurred. Nevertheless, after being told over and over I would be contacted by someone no one has even yet after 3 weeks of trying to get the ongoing issue resolved even once tried to reach back out to me to discuss the matter and try make everything right.
I'm very dis-pleased and upset with the way in which Burger King has chosen to represent themselves and their store when it comes to customer service and complete customer satisfaction. It's obvious at this point that I have given more than enough time to reach out to me and get this issue resolve however no management in charge at this store wants to do what is right by reaching out to me and discussing what can be done at this point and they obviously have no intent on even trying to resolve anything. So at this point this store has given me no other option but to get things resolve through our legal system if no one is still willing to contact me by the end of January to try and resolve this ongoing issue in which could be prevented by them reaching out to me and making a simple phone call to try and make...
Read moreThe Drive Thru was the ONLY thing open 2 days ago at 5p.m. in the afternoon??? We went through the Drive Thru and placed our order. 1st they informed us that 2 of the orders had been discontinued... Ok we placed different orders... Instead of ringing up a 16 piece Chicken nugget meal they rang up a kid meal... I corrected them.... Then they rang up an 8 piece Chicken nugget meal twice.... Ok then they repeated the orders back to me and I tell them to add a large Onion Rings and a Frozen Coke... After at least a 10 minute wait we pull up to the window.... Told them 3 times I wanted to scan my code to get my points on the app. I was ingnored EXCEPT for wanting My money... Then as I'm given what I expected to be My order I'm finally informed that I'm supposed to give my points code at the speaker???? As I pull off I'm told by my passenger that over 1/2 of our order IS NOT THERE!!! So we circle back around and wait ANOTHER 10 minutes at least.... They give us the Chicken Nuggets but BECAUSE WE'D NOT GOTTEN A RECEIPT HANDED TO US OR IN THE BAG AT LEAST WE DON'T GET THE REST OF OUR ORDER! IDK If they had a bad day?
