I love this establishment and would give it a 5 rating, but each time I go I order the exact same entree...Super chimichanga. I don't care for the shredded chicken so I sub it out for grilled chicken and they up charge 1.00. On a regular entre its shredded chicken, beef, and shrimp. I get two grilled chicken and shrimp and the up charge 2.00. So I asked "why do you up charge for grilled chicken? Chicken is still chicken right?" The waiter answered, " No, we boil one and grill the other." Ohhhh...so you up charge for cooking it different and there is a lot of work that goes into that?...lol, okay? Smh. But I keep going back...lol! Because the food is yummy and I love the atmosphere and its clean. The best waiters in my opinion is Sylvia and Franciso. They are awesome and have a warm and pleasant personality! I don't even have to tell Francisco my order because he already knows what we want. And we tip him very well. Yes! I would definately recommend Casa Blanca to family...

The guy in the purple was SO NICE and beyond however the table near me and my husband was nasty and disrespectful to him and when I addressed this to the manager he smiled and said he can have a attitude sometimes BUT I WAS THERE AND HE DIDNT. Definitely needs brushing up on his management 😊👍 Can't stand a manger that can't take the truth from a customer in concern on how their employee was treated. The guy in the purple did not deserve that nor does he deserve to have a manager not take a customers prospective when we was watching and hearing the whole thing. Such a shame on this manager who really shouldn't be one if he can't even take a second to listen to a customer especially a regular customer. Disappointment can't even express my feelings. Don't be a manger if you can't just not argue with a customer about something we saw with...

I hadn’t been to this location in a few years as I no longer work downtown. I’m so glad we did. The food was great but our service was some of the best we’ve ever had! It was just myself & hubby the day before Cinco de mayo... they were pretty steady (I wouldn’t say busy). We were seated quickly in a cute secluded, CLEAN booth! My order was a little complicated & my sweet server helped me order what I wanted in the most proficient way. It was served correct... first try! I wish I could remember her name to acknowledge her personally but hopefully our tip (we both left one & it was significant) let her know how much we appreciated her. Good service makes all the difference & luckily our food was...
