If i could rate -1000 i would, of course theyre all wonderful and loving and caring when you purchase the car until you sign your freedom and rights over(yes i said freedom and rights) they are horrible at conducting buisness and have no shame in their game, i purchased my vehicle just shy if 3 years ago and am so flipping ready to be done with these phsycotic people! When i first bought my car i paid $200 every single week, EVERY SINGLE WEEK!!!! I was always paid up i did that for almost a full year then work slowed down and it got a little hard for me. And did intry explaining that to them when they harrassed me for each and everybsingle payment that was an hour late!?? They do not care about anything but money people! Dont ve fooled by their suits and slick talk! And this is coming from someone who has been dealing with them 3 years and finally in sept. My last payment is done and i can be rid of them. So anyways they blowup my phone when im late even to this day and i have to constantly remind them of my payment history, i tell them i am barelly ever late yet u keep calling like you think im not going to finish paying the stupid car off when i only owe 1400?? Seriously?? Theres no need for the harrassment!! They are almost always rude especially erica oh dont even get me started on her! And everytime ive made a payment they take a diff amount for intrwst everybsingle time. One time its 65, next 2 weeks if 70, then 30, then 80, then 40 then back to 65...its crazy! I felt like i wouodnt make it to the end and get it paid off. I wanted to bring it back a million times not to mention my sister and my parents also bought cars from here and both had to return or exchange them because all they do is sell lemons! They make it presentable enough to get off the lot then your screwed!! They have no curtosy of your life or feelings at all. I remember it was recent maybe 2 months ago i got a phone call from them about my payment being 1 day late and im 100% sure erica called me, she was so rude..she said hi mrs.**&&&& we were wonderin when you were gonna make your payment that was due on this day!? I said i cnt pay till this weekend coming up i dont have the money. She says and why is that? I told her is that really any of your buisness?? I mean seriously its not our buisness i have a life that diesnt involve you or the whole company at wj. I have problems too im not living in luxury over here! (obviously or i wouldnt have got a car from you) and i then once again reminded them of my payment history i said .." do you not remember every week i paid 200 for almost a year? Im barely ever late and i have consistantly paid this car why do you continue to harrass me ?" Her response was " we just need to write something in the system as to why you cant make a payment" i responded ok so isnt that what i just told you that i didnt have the money this week???? Theres your reason right there hello!!!!! Then she says well you do know if you wait till this weekend to make your payment that you have another payment again next week. Im sitting over here like did she really just say that? As if ive stolen the car left and never paid it !??? They threaten me constantly about shutting off my car..blah blah blah who cares i dont even drive it i have 2 better trucks and found a better dealer that actually works with people Nd cares and they fix problems with their cars for free!!! And they have great prices!! IM BEGGING ALL OF YOU DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE THEY SUCK!!!!!! If you want a really good car without having to prove your whole life histroy or give a blood sample then go to nashville auto sales on nolensville pk next to tusculum rd give them my husbands name and i promise you will get a good deal! Ernesto is all you have to tell the guy in the office and he will hook you up!!!! Theres so much more i could add to this horrible place given my history (long history) with them. And they sold the worst lemon of a car to my disabled parents im more pissed about that then my situation and my folks have only had their car less...
Read moreI test drove 3 vehicles, the sales person there wouldn't budge on monthly payments, so I was going to leave, then they had me test drive a 2010 Ford Fusion. It had a light on, I asked about it, got told it couldn't be anything major because they have their vehicles serviced. I took it, paid down payment, took monthly payments of 380.00 and they want you to have full coverage on vehicles at that moment, but know that car repair insurance won't insurance a vehicle over 10 years old, you will be stuck. I called because that light stayed on within weeks, Roger had me bring it back because he said I shouldn't have to make major repairs in a vehicle so shortly. I dropped it off he took it wherever, called me when it was ready, I pick it up, he says it was the silver thing where the gas cap would be, it had to be cleaned. I stayed getting regular oil changes, and the papers would keep saying something about the transmission, I called Wyatt Johnson again, the man asked me to come in and have a talk. 5 months later, the display went out where the radio is, then the car started having trouble starting sometimes, and the steering wheel locked up on me in traffic with my kids in the car with a message reading power steering failure. I cut my hazards on and restart the car, it resumes and I call Wyatt Johnson again. This time they tell me to talk to an account specialist because NOW the sales department has nothing to do with it. I call Kourtney which is an account specialist, she flat out tells me that they have been working with me on payment arrangements which I have kept, but I need to understand that they didn't have to do that, on top of when I buy a vehicle, I am responsible for any repairs. Nobody should have to make major repairs to a vehicle within 6 months of having a vehicle. That's bad for business and makes them look like they're just trying to get over on those in the community. All the stuff in my vehicle is electronic, that power steering failure is gonna cost 800 or better according to the mechanic that I called. How can you pay 800 in repairs, keep 200.00 bi weekly payment arrangements, and full coverage insurance? It's impossible and once you lose your job because of a repo trying to save money to fix the vehicle or not having a reliable way to work, your family suffers, and you're back to square 1. This is not good business.
UPDATE BAD NEWS: Rob Kitchens responded to my Google review, but I spoke to account specialist Erica Bailey who explained the option for me to get the vehicle fixed and they pay upfront costs but I would pay it back as a loan which would be extra money on top of what payment arrangements I already have. That is horrible. On 9-23-2020, I had a bad accident hitting a parked vehicle, that person's vehicle is totaled, my vehicle is totaled, was towed to Beachaven Towing, the vehicle's wheel did another power steering failure after I had just took the vehicle to All American Tire as instructed by Wyatt Johnson Auto Credit for a diagnostics test, the gentleman there stated it is electrical, he most definitely would not be able to repair it because it needs to be done by a Ford dealership and he would let Erica Bailey know so we can figure it out amongst ourselves and I never heard back. I called the next day to Wyatt Johnson Auto Credit to leave a message because the account specialist don't get into work until 9:00 a.m., never heard back, I called again and specifically left a message stating I had another power steering failure, the wheel locked up causing me to hit someone else's vehicle, still no response. This is serious, that person's vehicle is totaled, the purchased vehicle is totaled, I have a concussion and can't return to work until released from...
Read moreWe went here MULTIPLE times. looked and looked, then went else where and looked and looked. We finally went back because all of these promises were made of inspections that are done on the vehicles and they don't put junk out there and bla bla bla. Well there was a check engine light on and they promised to fix it. I called to schedule an appointment and this chick answers the phone and sends me to a place that (knowingly) does not have the equipment needed to fix what is wrong with the car. I asked her to reschedule to some where that has what I need (my time should never have been wasted anyway) and she NEVER called me back. I have put in multiple calls to Rob Kitchens and my calls were never returned. 11 days after purchasing this car my transmission blew. They fixed that but should have also fixed everything else that was wrong at that time as well. I had to find a way home (I was stranded in Georgia with 3 kids), pay for my rental car to get back and forth to work for over a week. My rental car was over $500. I have still had no luck with this stupid vehicle but because my credit is on the line, I am paying for the damn thing every time on time like I am suppose to. I spoke to an attorney and she guaranteed me a win. They KNOWINGLY sold me a vehicle with issues with promises to fix it and want me to do so on their time. And when asked Rob if he could get this taken care of Saturday because I am off the answer was no because he is not there and he needs to run a diagnostic. I have taken this car in for 3 diagnostic test all saying the same thing. EVAP system leak. Thursdays he is out at auctions. SO I guess I need to wait another month to get my car fixed because I need to be there at your availability? No. A good business manager would make time when their customer is in need to fix the issues. I am a manager and I stay late or come in early if my customers ask me to. I have still had this car less than 90 days so I will be in touch with my attorney and I am getting all of my money back on top of the money I had to pay for a rental car because they knowingly sold me junk. I will NEVER use them again and I will NEVER recommend any one else to! GO ANYWHERE ELSE BUT HERE. Oh they also owe me an oil change and my free tank of gas as well. Empty Promises. Junk cars. The red headed dude I spoke with from the start was cool though… and honest. He told me about the issues. Just wish they would have stuck to their word. I should have went to...
