The lady at the window this morning 5/7/25, needs to find a new day job. “What can I get for you- my total - at the window” then when I got to the window she didn’t speak once so I pulled off thinking I had everything CAUSE SHE DIDNT SAY ANYTHING and already handed me my straw. Obviously I noticed pretty fast and turned around. Once I got to the speaker to try to let them know I was back they just didn’t answer then I went to the window which was open and had to sit there for her to get off her phone (saw it in her hand when she walked by the window and still didn’t stop after seeing me) then just hands me my drink and doesn’t say ANYTHING? I said I’m so sorry I don’t know how I managed to do that and she had a stank look on her face and still didn’t make a peep. ALL she had to do was say “Here’s your food, let me grab you coffee real quick.” OR NOT EVEN AND JUST SAID “That’s okay! Have a good day.” when I came back. She looked young but so am I, I’m 18 and I know that’s wrong and I’d fire her immediately if there’s any sort of decent management. Read moreI live and work nearby. I have given this location several chances to give me a good experience. They have failed with flying colors each time. Mobile-ordering is by far the worst way to order. 4/5 times, my order is never even started, no matter how long it takes me to get there. They are consistently out of the snackin’ bacon which tells me the inventory/truck ordering is most likely a mess, too. Why is there not an option to remove it from ordering if they are out? A manager tried to show me how they keep missing my orders of double items. The items don’t say how many of each there are at the bottom of the receipt, yet I had to point out that the top says the amount of items. 🤦♀️ Miscommunication to include more than one person getting my order wrong at once, poor customer service before and after the issues I’ve encountered, no sense of urgency, apathy amongst the entire crew, and I could go on and on. Read moreDrink was horrible! I went to order on the kiosk and asked if they had sugar free because it didn’t allow for customization. Both employees said “yes, it just doesn’t say it. Just hit vanilla and we will know.” I asked how do you know since you are busy that I want sugar free vanilla if it just says regular vanilla.” The one girl just rolled her eyes and said “we just do, it says it on the bottle.” I was still just really confused.
I attempted to trust her since for me it’s a preference not a dietary need and so now I have a latte with NO flavoring. They gave me a latte but added in no flavor. Not sure if it was to be snarky or they were worried they would get it wrong. Either way, waste of $4.19.
