Dunkin' — Restaurant in Clarksville

So the line was long so I went ahead and ordered on the app to help save time but the app doesn't show all the options. After ordering, I got to the speaker and ordered a coffee and told the. I also had an order through the app. I was told they were out of some of the things I ordered so I substituted for other items. I got to the window, paid and got my coffee and after asking for my app order they handed me the bags. THANK GOODNESS that I checked the bags first, all bags and donut box were wrong with some items missing completely and some were substituted for things that they didn't communicate about or even ask for my opinion with it (which if they did I would have told them that no one in my household eats the substation they picked). The person at the window told me that they can't control the app which I understand but they can control giving people wrong food and leaving food off ( which apparently was due to the fact that they ran out of croissants so I guess instead of communicating and asking if I wanted a bagel version, they thought it'd be easier to just not give it or say anything). I ordered a coffee, a 1/2 dozen donuts plus 3 brownie batter heart shaped donuts, snack bacon, donut holes 10 ct, and 2 bacon egg and cheese croissants and the only thing that wasn't wrong was the snack bacon. First of all, I DO like the amount of milk they use, other places use way too much, that is probably the only thing I like other than price. The problem is, their coffee is just gross. The cold brew I make at home is way better and sometimes I think Dunkin just uses iced coffee instead of cold brew... They're not actually the same thing. I could see it being iced coffee, which typically has a much stronger and more bitter taste than cold brew does. I'd hope that's not the case, because that would mean they're a bunch of liars. If not, I'd say their coffee is just not good quality probably. It makes sense why they are so much less expensive than other places.

Anyway, other than that, this location is always sooooooooooo slow. We have waited here for almost an hour before and been one of two people in line. They never tell you what's going on. Rarely are they actually busy and yet they take forever. Usually we just leave after so often and go somewhere else. We usually get food, which is edible but not the best you'll get. Hey dunkin, I ordered 3 bacon egg and cheese wraps and a brown sugar shaken espresso when I got to the window they had a mis-hap with the order which is fine the man at the window corrected. When he was given the bag he stated to his co workers it was still wrong. Now from my point of view it looked hostile but whoever it was snatched the bag from him aggressively and then threw another bag to give me. He was as professional as can be and he shouldn’t have to work in what I would have called a hostile work environment. Give him some recognition or if eligible move him on up he was very professional and polite. Sorry I can’t remember his name but look at the schedule from 16 September for morning shift and find out who he was.
