Even seven months later and every time I have come to your store I had an issue either with every single order I have placed at this location very rarely out of every time I have visited your location. Have you gotten my order right? Giving me the correct food or even giving me the customer service that I deserve when I am literally paying for a minimum of 2 to 3 to 4 of your employees salary for an hour show when I get this level of customer service from your store it’s a sad day to say that customer service is no longer present at your company. Furthermore, once again, I spent $40 today at your store. I have had eight back surgeries, and I was told in the drive-through that I needed to come in and get my food where I politely told the lady at the window if that was the case that I would need to cancel the entire $40 order due to the fact that I’ve had eight back surgeries, and the reason I choose to go through the drive-through and use the mobile app is due to my disability. I had to come back and get the remake so I wasted 30 minutes driving back and back after my first trip I should be compensated for my gas and time! I almost never write reviews anywhere for anything however my experience was so bad I just have to share. Recently they changed there menu however I dont know if they changed anything properly on there computers or what happened because the last two meals Ive gotten there have both been different pricing on the menu compared to what I payed. Usually the menu is a 1$ cheaper than what you'll actually up paying and with tax it takes a 10$ meal too 13$ almost which isnt a huge deal however its very misleading. There food has also went from fresh every time to cold and tough to eat. there new menu is awful half of it is caked in whatever they could find so there almost no consistency between orders. one bacon cheese burger could have 2 pieces of bacon and the next it could have 6 its awful at this point and I dont think ill be returning here anytime soon based on multiple factors not also pointed out here like giving me the wrong size drink or fry, making me come inside on multiple occasions because they forgot about my order or food apart of my order, if you ask for light sauce they dont care and ruin your burger anyway. just stay away if you wanna get in and get out because lets be honest if I wanted to spend 13$ on food I might aswell go to a restaurant. el bracero down the road and there takeout is great you can get salsa chips and half there...

Shout out to the employee wearing the beige sweater who took our order this evening (2/3/20) and even brought our meal to our table. I wish I got her name! Very polite, professional, and personable. Participating Hardee's gave free Beyond Burgers with the purchase of a large drink today, so we figured... why not, give it a shot? So glad we did. The burger tasted awesome! Fresh, crisp lettuce, fresh tomato, onion, pickles, Beyond patty with cheese, and mayo on a lightly toasted bun. When going to a fast food joint, naturally, your expectations are not too high. But our sandwiches were made with expert care. Not too much mayo and not just slopped on, either. Our burger looked very similar to what was advertised online... something I've NEVER witnessed at a fast food restaurant. And the fries were hot and crispy, not limpy, and perfectly salted. Needlessly, we were pleasantly surprised, hence, the detailed positive review. As for the restaurant itself, the soda machines could use an update and the dining area could've been a little cleaner (napkin dispenser on our table was very dusty).
