Waffle House — Restaurant in Clarksville

Food was ok, but waitress was HORRIBLE!!!! She started off telling us when we arrived, "Bear with me cause I should of called out today and I really don't want to be here." She took our order then proceeded to lay down on the table across from us. Instead of walking over to our table and asking us if we needed anything, she yelled across at us from the table she was laying down at, "Hey, ya'll good, you need anything?" I couldn't believe this girl was actually a waitress. There were pickles put on my husband's breakfast toaster sandwich, which he asked not for pickles not be put on there. He laid the pickles to the side on a napkin. When our waitress decided to wake up and come get our plates after we finished, she said to my husband, "Do you always put things you don't like on the table? Why don't you just put those pickles on your plate for me now so I don't have to get them later?" I wonder who trained her? Needless to say, we were appalled. This is a fairly new Waffle House right down the street from our house, but I doubt we...

I tried to call in an order...called about 8 times and it said they were busy and to stoo by. Went in they had customers but 4 waitressess were just talking...and I asked what was wrong with the phone..sge picked it up and acted like it worked after I watched her hold the button doen twice to get a dial tone. Ordered my waffle light..explained it must be light so please don't over cook..they brought me this hard dark waffle...she asked me to check and see if it was ok..I told her that I didnt want to touch it because then she couldnt reserve it..she no its fine check it..I felt it and it was as hard as it looked..she took it over to the counter and took it out of my togo container and pit it on a plate and served it to someone...I got my food..hasvrowns were burned and my toast was crumbled...never again....terrible food...terrible...

How Edward Hopper! It is probably going to be a place I frequent with kids whenever I have the cash to throw down. I spent $100 to feed 5. We had full meals and pies!

It was one of my best eating out experiences lately to be honest. We went around 7 on a Wed. The kids loved eating at the bar and watching Magic Mike cook (he does magic) and Selina was so welcoming, friendly and actually interested in her visitors. She was wonderful to the children. It was like visiting someone's house who is happy to see you and feed you and stand there and visit with you while in the kitchen! Kids loved picking from either breakfast or dinner menu.

It was incredibly clean and organized and well lit .

I do wish they had access to WiFi but then I would linger! I love that they are 24 hours. I have never done the graveyard meal but...
