As I have already left a review with my personal email, I am using my husband’s account to post this one:
About a year ago, my husband had a soldier (and family) that were grieving the death of her son, so we chose to order Jet’s for the family (similar to a meal train). We were out of town at the time, so when we received a phone call that the driver wasn’t able to gain access to post, we had to order from another establishment (not near as good as Jet’s) and we were refunded as well. It was unfortunate, but we weren’t upset. More bummed.
This brings me to today! Early this morning, before the restaurant opened, I placed an order for a beautiful family that just welcomed their brand new babygirl. We figured Jet’s would be perfect- they all love pizza and Jet’s is the best to us. I asked for a 4pm delivery.
I called around 2:30pm today because I was so nervous we would run into the same issue. This time, I was prepared to go and pick it up and deliver it myself if need be (although that would have interrupted other plan we had).
The lady who took my call was so lovely. She confirmed my order and reassured me that the pizzas would be delivered.
At 3:55pm, I received a call from Karen (I believe she is the assistant manager) and she wanted to let me know she remembered the predicament we were in last time, so she decided to deliver the pizzas herself (she has a military ID) to this sweet family! She even added paper plates so they wouldn’t have to worry about the dishes!
I am still stunned in the most blessed and humbled way by Karen’s dedication and commitment, and compassion. I am so grateful she called me to share this with me. I am so thankful for Jet’s and the wonderful people they employ. Thank you, Karen. Thank you to the employees who work there. Thank you for blessing not only this lovely family, but my husband and I as well. We are customers for as long as God keeps us close to a Jet’s!
Thankful heart! With all my...
Read moreFirst let me just say this - Jet’s Pizza is a definite gem in Clarksville!! Anyone that has never been here must go if you’re a real pizza lover! I am so glad a coworker informed me about this establishment because it did not disappoint! My husband and I are from Philadelphia, PA and consider ourselves /very/ picky when it comes to pizza.. so much so that we usually wait until we visit home (Philly) to pick up some pizza. I love flavored crust, however I also like a flatter, bit greasier NY style pizza.. and Jet’s Pizza delivered JUST that!
My husband and I placed an order for a half Cajun, half garlic crust pepperoni pizza & an order of wings for pick up. Our order was ready promptly (before the half hour mark!) and was hot upon pick up. We were also greeted by the entire staff unanimously when we walked in which was really nice and welcoming (and a lasting great first impression!). I love the fact that they have a tip jar as well on the counter & an option to tip on the card because everyone providing any service deserves tips in my opinion. The place was immaculate and the young man ringing us up was very polite and pleasant (wish I would have gotten his name!).
We got home and oh wow — we both opened the pizza box and were INSTANTLY reminded of home!! So much so that I took a photo and sent it to my mom (lame, right?)..but I felt the need to rave about your pizza! Your NY style round pizza was amazing and we couldn’t decide which flavored crust we wanted more — both were equally bursting in flavor. The wings were perfectly cooked and flavored so well.. it was such a nice dinner at home! We agreed that next time though, we will dine in!
I would and will recommend this place to absolutely everyone! We received a menu with our order with some pretty good coupons too! We will be frequenting Jet’s Pizza often now! Thank you for some amazing...

This was my family’s first time trying this place. We were excited because the advertisement looked appealing and it was a local place. I have attached the photos of what was delivered to us.
I called the store and the manager picked up the phone. I explained in detail what was delivered. I asked if I could email the pictures so they have proof and they can improve. The manager apologized and offered a new delivery or a credit. While the manager is assisting me, some loud mouth is in the background hollering saying “they all just want free stuff. I told you they would take the credit. “ Meanwhile, I am explaining to the manager I believe in being fair. I don’t want the delivery person to lose their tip because someone looked at the burnt pizza and thought the burnt atrocity was edible. I expressed they can give us a credit only for the burnt items(please see photos). The manager said he would relay this information to the general manager who would be there that Saturday. I said I would allow 48 hours and if I didn’t hear anything in return I would not continue business with this place.
I continued to express to the manager I would like them to see the pictures. Then they would understand maybe the pizzas should have never made it out the door. The pizzas should have been tossed, the restaurant should have called my family, explained what happened apologize offer to remake and deliver the pizzas or a refund.
Nope not at this place. These guys don’t care. They won’t care until they have to shutdown due to poor service and loss of revenue on wasted supplies.
Edit: I waited a week before...
