McDonald's — Restaurant in Clarksville

Ordered from mobile app and went there to pick up. I was at drive thru and woman said that it's lunch time already. I asked why my breakfast ordered went through? So she said, they'll give my money back. I said okay. So I ordered a sandwich meal, mocha Frappe and oreo Mcflurry. They gave me my sandwich and fries, they said wait on a side and they'll bring the rest of my order. I've waited too long and I was patient. Lady handing me a caramel Frappe and oreo Frappe. I told her I didn't order those. I ordered mocha Frappe and oreo mcflurry for my kid. My kid don't drink coffee. So the manager came and she's so mad. She asked me what's the problem? I told her I didn't order caramel and oreo Frappe. She said I ordered combo Frappe. I said No! I didn't even know that there's such thing combo Frappe. And she keep pushing I ordered combo Frappe. First of all, my mocha Frappe is upgrade drink for my sandwich meal. So I don't know what she's talking about that I ordered combo frappe. The other lady finally gave me an oreo mcflurry for my kid. But the manager said I need to leave because she gave me too much food that I didn't even pay. What are you talking about??? She said she gave me oreo mcflurry, and 2 Frappe that I didn't even pay. I told her that I only accepted the oreo Frappe even I didn't order that, so it less work for them. I was being nice to not ask them to make me a mocha Frappe that I originally order. I told her you're being exaggerated!! She said, "what, I'm racist? I'm Asian, how can I be racist?" I told her, I didn't say racist, I said exaggerated. Where did you get that racist word?? She keep asking me to leave. So I told her, she needs to go to the ear doctor because it's obviously they can't hear good on what people's orders and the word exaggerated is a lot different to a word racist!! Madison Street McDonalds. BLESS IT!! We have been trying to get in touch with the manager for over a week. The mailbox is full, or it won't take calls at this time. I understand why. We went to dine in and waited for 30 minutes for a number 1 (BIG Mac) meal and a fish meal. As we wait, 3 people come in and have stated they have been waiting for 45 minutes. One man finally gets his order, and it is still wrong. The woman that comes in after she is told in drive thru to wait at a number never gets her food. She is fussing because she has waited an hour. She had a big order but was told it would only be 10 minutes. Our number was never called, and a woman brought our food. She sets our food down, and the big mac had the two patties on the bottom. NOT BETWEEN THE BREAD!! As we go up to the counter to complain, the woman blames someone else for fixing it!! She then tries to argue with me about what they did wrong. WHAT!? Just fix it correctly. The two young workers had more sense than any of them. Erolyn and Gabriel were the only two working their tails off and apologized for how the others were acting. The people are rude. The only reason I give this establishment a single star is 1. It's the lowest I can give and 2. The main area is clean. Do not waste your time at this location. I stood in line for twenty minutes, three other people ordering in front of me, had been there longer. One lady with a screaming two year old was acknowledged to be asked if her little girl was two, then was promptly ignored. It was not until she got upset with how long she had waited, that her order was taken five minutes later. I decided to walk out of the line after the cashed at that point became very belligerent, packaged the ladies kids meal, told the lady to be careful the fries were got in a very hurried and attitudinal tone, walked to the back, then to the front and yelled out "and here is your white milk." placing it on the counter harshly; still in a hateful manner, turned rolling her eyes and hurried to the back. This is not a good place to get your food from. This establishment needs to incorporate their automated systems. There is no need for a customer to be approached in a hateful manner by a worker.
