This review is for Christmas Day 2022:
We ordered by phone and was told it would take 25-30 minutes for the order to be ready. Of course - they were slammed with orders that day. Perhaps everyone watched “A Christmas Story” and wanted “Chinese Turkey.”
I waited in their entryway for about 30+ additional minutes with a lot of other people. It was a mad house. I saw many folks upset and who were given a longer waiting time - and many told them to cancel their order.
I do not remember his name, but the long-haired guy working in the back was very professional. He asked me what I was waiting on and could not find my order. He took it again and said it was free since they lost it. When I received it - everything was as ordered.
While I know it was frustrating for so many who were there, they were very professional and took good care of the people once they processed their order despite it taking so long. This display of professionalism is worthy of a 5- star rating. I...

So I call back up there to let them know. Their response oh you can bring me the soup back and we will refund you for it and give you a new one! I was like no thank you I don't want another bowl of soup from the same pot this roach came out of and I don't want to drive all the way back up there for a $1.75 refund. So she laughs and says but there was nothing wrong with the rest of your food! I was like so you're trying to tell me you only have roaches where the soup is stored and none near my other food? So then she puts me on hold and comes back to tell me I can come back to get a $10 gift certificate. I was like ok whatever. Read moreI ordered online, directly from their website. We were missing two items from our order, but we weren’t aware of the missing items until we were already home. I called to see if we could get a refund on the missing items because I didn’t want to drive all the way back for them. I was told that I could only get a refund if I drove all the way back with my card that I used to purchase the order. The food that we did receive was good. However, it’s very inconvenient to go home and try and eat together with meals missing when you already paid for it. Especially when each meal costs about $12-$15.
