Nuttin But Wings — Restaurant in Clarksville

I will start saying the food was fantastic! And that it was a clean establishment. But that's where it ends. Customer service is horrible!!!! First, I called to make an order and was placed on hold for 10 minutes!! Then when they finally took me off of hold, they tried to rush my order. I told them what I wanted and had to correct them because she kept messing it up. The lady said, let me get you a wait estimate. I said ok. I hear someone in the background saying "Just tell em 45mins". Well I get there, and it's not even busy at all. I was the only person there with one guy waiting behind me. So I pay for my 50 wings and was handed a bag. It felt light so I went to a table to check my order. I only had rolls and some of the wings that was supposed to be a 10 piece (I'll get to that in a bit). But then I hear "Here go da rest of yo order". Like you couldn't have told me I had more coming? She handed me my bag and dismissed me. So I get home and see what else they messed up. I ordered 50 wings total. I recieved 50 wings. But instead of my 20 lemon pepper/buffalo mix, 20 honey gold and 20 original, I recieved: 13 original, 12 buffalo, 12 lemon pepper and 13 honey gold. Like what the heck?? I repeated my order to the lady trying to rush me off the phone and she still screwed it up. I am not happy. Only thing was the food was good. But there were 4 of us splitting this meal and some people were shorted the flavor they wanted due...

Can you say price Gouging!!!! I came to Tennessee from Ga to visit my brother and he was just raving about this place and how good their wings are. So we decided to go get food for lunch. Their lobby is closed so you have to order online or call in. We went online and the prices for a 10 piece wing combo with fries and a drink were already on the high side at $12.99 compared to places like American Deli and JR Cricket. We decided to call in to clarify what comes with the combo and when we did the lady said the price was over $17. I was Shocked and asked her if that was the price for just 10 wings. She said yea as if I was crazy for being surprised at the price and proceeded to say the price is this high because of the wing shortage. Wow it’s a shame these companies really charge astronomical prices when they buy stuff wholesale for a fraction of what they charge. I could not order here and I wouldn’t recommend anyone else do so while they are charging these crazy prices. Scared to even ask how much 20 wings would cost.

• update ** My brother ended up still ordering from here like a goofy person and they had the audacity to mess up his order and give him the wrong drink and almost burnt fries. He took me down the street to a place called Chicken Exit and i got two combos for $20. The food was great. Take 30 more seconds of your drive down the street to Chicken exit. Food is better...

DO NOT GO HERE! Today I decided to try something new, so I went to this place. When I looked at the menu, my jaw almost dropped. The food is so expensive!!! I decided to play it safe so I ordered the chicken sandwich. It costed $10! That's a bit ridiculous, but I thought to myself "I guess it must be worth it". When I sat down to wait for my order, there were only 2 other people in the place, but for some reason it took about 15 minutes for my food to finish! I thought to myself " I guess it must be worth it". I also ordered a soda with my order. An extra $1.75 for just a normal can of coke! When I got home to see if all of this was worth it, surprise surprise it wasn't! My chicken sandwich consisted of 3 breaded chicken tenders covered by 2 slices of normal bread. There were fries. Normal crinkle fries that you could just buy from walmart. That was it! The food didn't even look that good. I said to myself "I could've cooked the same thing myself, but better". Don't expect the food to taste good because it didn't. I even had to add hot sauce from my own refrigerator to it because the food tasted as bland as bland gets. Long story short do NOT, I repeat DO NOT waste your money here! If you're looking for a good hot wings place try Zaxbys or Hooters, the food there is either cheaper, or better, or both when compared to...
