Just had a lovely experience with the owner Arturo on the phone.after discussing with one of his employees last night about me ordering my food at the wrong location. The employee had told me that somebody the next day one of the managers would have me taken care of and they would process my refund. I contacted Chow now which is who they do their online ordering through and they contacted the store in order to confirm the refund and then they decline the refund over the phone because they said my food was already made. Last night the employee had told me I completely different story. The man I talked to today claims to be the shift lead and he had declined the refund over the phone even though he wasn't a manager and then the owner of the store actually called my personal cell phone and decided to talk to me in a very disrespective tone telling me that it was all my fault and that they have excellent customer service when at the same time he's telling me that it's all my fault would not let me get one word out on the phone he just kept talking over me and interrupt me every time I tried to explain the situation.this is by far the worst customer service I've had in years and I refuse to ever do business with this company ever again word of mouth spreads very fast.especially when I live and work in customer service every single day of my life I know a lot of people and I have a lot of contacts that can spread this word very fast.so I suggest you guys do something about processing my refund before this goes very widespread. Better yet if you're reading this I would suggest eating different Mexican restaurant in town because this food here is piss poor anyways you can get a lot better service and a lot better food at almost every Mexican restaurant in this town. When one employee is telling you one thing and promises you that you'll get your refund and then somebody the very next day completely contradicts that that is a horrible business practice and I know from experience this is not how you supposed to take care of your customers. Spend your money somewhere else where you'll be treated like a...

I'm critical and very picky. Not to mention being pregnant has made me overtly cautious with my nose of all the foods I used to love. I have lived in California and must say these are legit the closest authentic tacos to the ones in California that I have had here - near base. Their name does justice to the place and If your passing by stop on in! Not only was customer service taken seriously by the man at the counter tonight (English speaking fellow), but the workers take your orders seriously, make them correctly and with love. Shout out to the cooks seriously. I built my tacos from scratch as you are allowed to. I chose to try 4 of their CORN soft tacos with pulled pork (cooked all the way but not dry and the meat was flavorful) with fresh cilantro, fresh cabbage, onions, cheese (wish they had white crumble cheese 🥺) with green salsa (good heat and flavor) and limes .It sent me back to my best friends kitchen in California who made the best carnitas pulled pork tacos for me. When I said I was from Kentucky and liked mexican food; She laughed and she made me REAL authentic mexican food- that her grandmother taught her and honest to God it is hard finding anything similar out here. I think it always depends on the staff, the front counter man and the food they make is what really stood out to me with todays night shift. It wasn't super busy and this was my first time here. However, I highly highly recommend you give them a try. I wish they were more affordable but, for the place it sent me while eating it- I'd pay it again. I had to stop eating and immediately write a review. This place was also spotless and smelled like lemons coming in -which I appreciated with how sensitive my pregnancy...

To start, the taco whether it be soft or crunchy is amazing as it should be it’s in the name , However after day 2 I decided to give 3 stars because the burrito was horrible and old tortilla was cracking as well. The horchata is brown and nasty. The other drink tubs are not filled with what they say they are. The tea was very good not too sweet not too strong. The tacos are probably the best I’ve ever had and the salsa has 4 open bar to choose from and is fresh. The tacos are fairly priced due to inflation but most other items are very expensive. They do have some military options and discounts so that’s a huge plus, but they TAKE ALL THAT BACK AND MORE WITH ALMOST A 3-4% Card fee. They also make the big bucks by the add ins you want, for example you don’t want a plain taco so you add sour cream BOOM that’s 60 cents off the rip then you want others it adds up quick. The banana cheesecake slice was old and nasty the banana was dried out to be hard. No expiration dates. The space in the building is good it’s not too close to each other. The reason this has 3 stars instead of 2 is because the tacos and fresh drinks and tacos as well as the salsa. THE WORKER PUT THE FOOD THAT WAS GOING TO THE BACK ROOM ON THE TRASH CAN AND THEN SERVED IT 🤦🏻‍♂️🤢🤢🤢 that’s not okay to do. The place is pretty clean other than that though. Some language barriers for trying to get your food may be an issue especially if you want a cup from the other side of the counter you need to point and just say “cup cup cup” I understand this though so I recommend coming once as mistakes can be fixed and no business is perfect.

I will update this if...

I got the carne asada (steak) soft corn tortilla tacos in the original. Flavor of the meat is really good, and the combination of the Cilantro and onions just adds to the flavor profile. The food was fresh, and hot and I have no complaints on the flavor or the quality of the food. Only issue I have, is we are in 2021 where EVERYONE uses a card, they charge like 3.5% extra if you use a card. I get how all of that works, they have to pay a fee to be able to swipe cards, so they extend that on to the customer, however very few places actually pass it on to customers. All in all I give 4 stars because like I said, the food is great, but not a fan of the nickel and dime of the fees. I will probably be back here regardless.
