Subway — Restaurant in Clarksville

I went in at about 9:30a ordered an Italian BMT with bacon and asked about soup. I was told it wasn't sold until 10a. I go on with conversation that my last visit which was my first ever visit, I asked for soup & was told they usually have it everyday but that one day they didn't. Oh well fine maybe next time. Today is my "next time". I wait for my sandwich to be finished & the second lady who was outside smoking when I arrived & had no knowledge of our whole interaction stepped in to cash me out. She kept repeating extra ham when we clearly said extra bacon on a BMT. Second lady asked me what sizes drink do I want a small? I replied no a medium, paid for my food. I had to grab my own sandwich from behind the glass & bag my own chips, check the tape. I sat down to eat, waited a few minutes more, I then just wanted to check to see how much longer on the soup before I sat outside to wait longer if I had to. I asked the first lady who told me soup is sold at 10a, at around 9:55a about how much longer will the soup be per our earlier conversation I was going to let her know to just tap the window & I would come back in after my phone call. I was dismissively interrupted by the second lady who was sitting outside smoking saying "we ain't even started that soup it ain't gone be ready until about 10:30/11a". Do not order through the app in this location. The new person (male), who I believe is the manager, has decided that people who order through the app are less valuable than people standing in front of him. I arrived 20 minutes after the app said my order would be ready. It turned out, after waiting 10 minutes, he had never made my order at all. I told him he had cost me my entire meal break at work, and I didn't have any more time to wait for him to make a sandwich. I even told him which one it was so he wouldn't have to make it thinking it would be easier to get a refund that way. Three weeks later, I have been ghosted by Corporate and am now having to dispute the transaction through my bank. I've been a really loyal customer to this location (2-3 orders/month), and everything was great until this guy arrived. Maybe put an ordering kiosk in your lobby so you don't feel guilty about making an order for someone other than the person standing in...

Me and my girlfriend used to come to this location at least twice a week for lunch because it’s right down the road from us. Now it’s more of a “we show up and see who’s working” type deal. A few of the people there are good people and can make a sandwich correctly. We’ve had a few of them throw in cookies and or chips for nothing !! But this is the third time we’ve come and had our sandwiches made by a heavier set guy with dreads, and it was just thrown together. Quite literally thrown together. I couldn’t believe it was being passed as a sandwich tbh. I probably should’ve asked for it to be made again or by somebody different, but I didn’t want to make a scene.
