Subway — Restaurant in Clarksville

Wow. Words can't describe how rude the gentleman was. Upon entering he doesn't look at me but shouts a warm hello and I thought it was for me. Confused, I said hi! Turns out it was to someone just walking around Walmart he knew. He then looks at me, gives a dirty look and wipes his smile away and asks what I want as if I offended him by coming into the store. I order a sandwich and the entire time he is making smart comments about how it's weird to get veggies on my sandwich. Every question had a snarky comment after it and he kept getting angrier and angrier. I thought he was joking at first but he was being serious with his comments apparently. When I still wanted the veggies he literally grimaced, made an extremely angry face and started putting the veggies on one by one. The entire time he is glancing up at me shooting the dirtiest lowered eyebrow look at me repeatedly. I am standing here absolutely baffled at this point as to why this guy is so angry? No explanation or anything? I was under the impression the veggies were part of the subway experience but I was wrong. He charged me for the veggies and when I asked why, he said the sandwich didn't have veggies in the picture. I asked for clarity and ended up having to forfeit my sandwich after the 15 min long fiasco of him screaming at me trying to explain why he charged me for cheese AND veggies for a meatball footlong. I didn't mind paying, but after being screamed at I didn't necessarily think he wanted me to have that sandwich. At the end of the day, another employee had to intervene as the guy just walked off angrily and started ignoring me as I was standing there so confused. This made me very angry. I walked away with a footlong with ONLY meatballs and bread. That's right, I was refused veggies AND cheese as part of my sub. And paid $7 for it. They just threw the other one away. All that fuss for it to go in the garbage. Wild. I've never had an experience like this and I don't really ever write reviews. This was a traumatizing experience all for just trying to get some veggies on my sandwich. It's not about the money or the charge, it's the employees judgemental and rude attitude. I asked for a manager and was told they don't have one? Absolutely ridiculous. All they have to do is make a sandwich and explain when things will cost more. I had no clue subway didn't give veggies with their sandwiches anymore. I will 100% not even be going to this subway. This used to be my favorite location. I've never dealt with that man before and won't again. It's a shame I have to still go to that Walmart as I don't even want to walk by that place. It was that bad of...

I live in Cheatham and was in Clarksville, TN 37043 area. I went into the subway in the Walmart location. I order two footlong subs one turkey and one roast beef. Then I order 4 cookies. Once I went back home in Cheatham, I notice I don't have my cookies. I called at Sunday, 30th at 3:56pm and whom ever answer, stated that I can't save my receipt and come back next Saturday?

These people want 15/hr? but can't but things in a bag? To me, no if workers can't do a simple task then no 15/hr.

15/hr is for those who go to college. Plus, I am not or wanting to pay for 10 dollars for a six inch sub to cover wage cost.

To use the word disgusting is an understatement. Where do I start… first, when the guy was cutting the bread into a 6 inch, he smashed my bread FLAT! Then, made the sandwich very messy. My daughter asked for Mayo and he barely put any on hers because it was out. He reluctantly asked if she wanted more and when she said yes, he went and got another bottle but blew out and acted like it was such and inconvenience. When I was checking out, the cashier sneezed and wiped his face with his hand… realized there was too much snot and went for a paper towel, wiped his face and hands… NEVER WASHED OR SANITIZED his hands and continued to check me out.
