Marco's Pizza — Restaurant in Clay Township

This store has always been hot or cold, sometimes you get a really great pizza, sometimes a cold greasy mess. Tonight will be our last visit. Used the app, we were told by the app 60 minutes. We go up at 60 minutes, there are twelve people running around making, cutting, boxing pizza, not a single one up front even though I was standing there staring at my pizza already boxed among about 10 other boxed pizzas. The phone rang and someone is screaming "Is there anyone on customer service?" To which I replied "No". Finally a young man came to the counter and got my pizza, I asked how long it had been sitting there and he didn't know, he opened the box and the pizza was quite cold. He asked if I wanted it remade and I said no because it will take you another hour. No discount offered, nothing. I paid, left and and I am now rewarming it in my oven. I am DONE with this location. Seems like my order is always screwed up, for instance today the shorted my chicken chunks called to complain, the manager offered a credit (not refund for the difference like I wanted) said they would have them right out to us, AN HOUR later nothing... I called back spoke to someone else, she said they would have that right out to us in ten min..... it’s been 30 min now still nothing. Another time I went for a carry out order and heard what I assumed the manager (had another type of shirt on different from everyone else) and half the pizza oven wasn’t working, kept calling it “retarded” thought that was something pretty offensive to be shouting where the whole lobby of customers could hear clear as day. Save your money and order from somewhere else unless you want a side of disappointment. I have been ordering here for years never had an issue until today. I ordered online for curbside pickup. All I ordered was a Caesar salad which I have numerous times before. When I got there after tracking my order saying its ready I notified them I was there. After waiting 10 minutes for curbside pickup I called and they said they would let them know I'm outside. After 10 more minutes came out with my salad. I was very disappointed when I got home and seen this salad with brown lettuce throughout hardly any cheese and not one crouton. I immediately called and they said they were out of croutons I said that I was on my way back to return the salad and to show them the horrible way it was thrown together and for a refund.
