Update, since I've stupidly kept giving this place my money: I have been in the service industry for longer than half the staff here has been alive, and I've worked with a few cooks who could smoke Snoop Dogg under the table three times while on shift and still manage to read a ticket. I ask for no pickles because I think they're disgusting; but, I ask for no ketchup, because it makes me physically ill. It's a literal medical condition. I CANNOT eat it. So I tell them not to use it on my burger. It's not hard. It's not. I write down orders for meals all night long five or six nights per week, with modifications to a complicated, detailed menu from a classically trained chef, as well as a 2-page craft cocktail list. My entire team can manage to pull this off with roughly one mistake on a modification every other month-- there is NO REASON that this place should be incapable of following the basic guideline "No ketchup, no pickles" on four of every five visits. I give up at this point. But if you're in this area, and you suffer from an allergy more dangerous than mine, please, please don't stop here. They are not going to pay enough attention to keep you safe, and I just needed to say that in the hopes of helping keep someone from getting hurt. Fast food isn't worth an ER trip or even a box of benadryl. Most of the staff are nice and the place is always clean. But they seem to be training for the day their corporate office starts handing out awards for Slowest Drive-through in America... which they will win, hands down. So, GO TEAM, I guess?

I had a wonderful lunch here for my Grandson. The prices are just right The kids meal comes with enter, drink, fries and icecream. You can get a cone or Sunday or scoop of icecream. Inside was very clean staff was nice and the food came out very quickly. My grandson had the chicken fingers he seemed to enjoy them and he loved the chocolate Sunday.

Changing my review from a few years ago from a 5 star review. New ownership does not care about the customer. I was treated very poorly. The young lady at the window did not flip my blizzard and when I pointed this out an angry and very rude short man with a red shirt came to the window and stated that I could not have the coupon for catching them not flipping the blizzard because I was only asking because I wanted a free blizzard. I was under the impression that it was common knowledge that if the worker does not flip your blizzard, you get a coupon for a free blizzard the NEXT time you come through. I tried to explain that I just really enjoy the experience and the man said he didn't need to hear it and said he didn't care. I told him that he lost a lifelong customer and he stated that it was good because he has too many customers every day anyways. Apparently this was the owner so I definitely won't be back. I'll go to a different dairy queen where they actually treat people right and do the right things. I would not recommend this one to my...

I would put zero stars if it were an option. Dine in isn’t open, so you have to go through the drive-thru. I got home with our food. My husband had the number 2 with onion rings. He was eating his burger and he bit into a napkin that looked as if someone had washed their hands and dried them. That was in the middle of his sandwich. I called, nobody answered. I tried several times, so I drove back to be accused of putting that into the sandwich so I wouldn’t have to pay. Number one that is unsanitary and number two, who has time for that when I had to get in my car and drive back for it. It’s not like we were able to eat inside. I will be reporting the incident to the Jefferson County Health Department tomorrow. I...
