Panda House — Restaurant in Clay

This place is horrible and I will never support this business ever again! They are extremely rude and ugly! My daughter came in for some Crab Rangoon, we waited literally 30 mins. I go in to check on the order the guy was pacing back and forth inside the kitchen area ignoring every verbal effort I made to get his attention. After 10 mins and finally yelling "I wanted my money back" to get his attention, he then comes forward to ask for my card to give a refund. This is my second bad experience with this resturant and they won't get the opportunity to reciprocate that negative energy again!! I do not support or recommend this Chinese resturant!!!! The wife and I just moved to Pinson and wanted to check out some local Chinese places. We both walked in this afternoon and there was literally nobody in there. The chime on the door rang but nobody came. We waited by the counter until my wife yelled out "Hello!?" At that time a gentleman came from behind the counter and stared at us until we said "We want to eat here." He then proceeded to hand us two menus without saying any words then walked back to the back again. You could obviously tell he didn't want our business. Second time to try this restaurant. 1st time the service was bad off the start so we just left before ordering. 2nd time I tried AGAIN for take-out and the lady who tooK my order was short and sort of rude. I don't even know if she washed her hands after taking my money and going back to start the food because I didn't hear water.
