I just left this Taco Bell not even 10 mins ago. I had the worst experience ever to be a regular customer. First of all, we were rushed at the mic to order by 3 different people when we were still trying to get our order together... just to pull to the window & be handed some extremely cold food! We asked for mild and diablo sauce & when I looked in the bag there was only diablo. I thought maybe he just forgot that we said mild so when I went inside I was told that they were out of mild sauce, but the man didn’t say that at the window, he could have offered a different flavor sauce instead of not saying anything & assuming we wouldn’t notice! We also only got half our meals & no receipt to show what we were rung up for.. something we didn’t notice until we made it home. The food was terrible and ice cold, a total waste of money. Both of my tacos were on cracked shells & might as well been taco salad cause it surely wasn’t a taco! And my Mexican pizza was nothing but beans that you could tell had been sitting for God knows how long, I couldn’t even get through it before trashing it! I usually don’t leave bad reviews or complain because I know what kind of image that reflects on a business but this time around i was just very very disappointed because I go to this Taco Bell a lot and I’ve never had an experience like this before. I can say the sweet tea was amazing tho! That was just about the only thing I enjoyed. If I could give any advice for future customers, it would be to check all food before leaving the window and make sure you at least get a receipt for proof...
Read moreReally shouldn’t even be a 1 star.......After leaving clay high school from a band concert 15 of us decided to get something quick and close. We all ordered and sat down waiting on food, after 20 mins went by we were wondering where is the food. We noticed drive thru was getting there food before ours but we thought it was because “they were busy and short on staff” since 5 high school employees walked out while we were waiting on food. After another 10 minutes we were getting upset and frustrated and asked to speak to the manager who told us to wait cause he was busy at the moment. We arrived at this Taco Bell at 9:15pm, I looked down and it was 10:22 pm and still no food. We called the operator of the store and he was shocked what was going on. When the manager finally walked up we asked “how can we make this better?” “How can we get our food faster? Not having to wait for any hour?” He made every excuse under the sun ,”I’m sorry I missed the 8 orders on the screens” to “ well we had a big storm two nights ago.” That is just plain sorry that he did not even know how to refund our money. We had to call the operator for him and give him the phone so he could figure out how to refund money.
Moral of story is this Taco Bell has a manager that lies and does not care about people and customer satisfaction and the people they hire only care about themselves. This is coming from a guy who worked at Chick-fil-A and knows how things are suppose to be operated and how customers are to be taken care of. I wish other fast food places were as good as...
Read moreI would like to start by expressing the understanding that I am choosing to spend money at a cheap, fast food restaurant. I do not expect a high end experience from any fast food ever. But there is a certain level of professionalism, customer curtesy and outright common sense that s h o u l d exist in any service workplace. I have held my tongue and continually chosen to come to this Taco Bell repeatedly as a late night option, my hours at work are long, it’s on the way home, and my pregnant girlfriend is occasionally craving some tb. The staff is rude, usually asking to hold for 3 or 4 minutes at the drive thru. Tonight they were laughing into the microphone and throwing things at each other while taking my order. At this point I should’ve known better. I was rushed while ordering and then when I went to leave my order was wrong. Missing twists, missing a burrito and there was a chalupa in the bag that I didn’t order. No one was in line before or after me. Pure carelessness on their part. I’m not a person that wants them to not have fun. Work has to be fun or it will be terrible but know the times to have fun and the times to do your job. You accepted the job to do these duties. Reading a screen and making what’s on there isn’t that hard. Putting the stuff in front of you in a bag isn’t that hard. I will be going to the Taco Bell on 75 in pinson from now on. Hopefully they can keep it straight at that one. Deer foot Taco Bell is the worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. The only thing they are consistent at is...
