I love Domino's but this location needs new management. I have had to go pick up my pizza order the past 3 times I've ordered. I didn't make a review of the last visit but I just can't let this one slide. When I pull up there is a line out the door where people are waiting for their order. As I'm in line waiting, I hear comments from other customers stating that their order was supposed to be delivered hours ago and they tried to call but no one would answer so they drove to the store to find out what is going on only to find out that they do not have any drivers working. The manager is clearly stressed of the whole situation but is in no way making an effort to get in front of any problems. He would not even look at other customers or have any other employee acknowledge them. No one even would make an attempt to answer phones that where ringing off the hook. The only people that where showing any real effort was the two ladies making the pizzas and the guy taking them out of the oven and boxing them up. There were 3 other employees that just basically stood around. The manager did a terrible job on even trying to delegate any work. One of the employees just standing around was blonde headed, she came and opened one of the pizza box orders on the heat rack and took a slice out and started eating it in front of the all the customers. This was the last straw. I still love Domino's Pizza and we'll continue ordering from Domino's just not from this location. Or at least not until this location has a new manager and...
Read moreI've ordered pizza from this location for well over 10 years but never again. In addition to waiting over an hour to pick up a call-in made 30 minutes before I arrived, I observed while waiting workers making pizza without gloves, sneezing in their hand and continuing to make pizza, wiping their nose with their hand, and the only guy who had on gloves while making the doe come to the front and type on the keyboard. After seeing all this I politely asked a worker to rescind my order and reverse payment on the credit card without saying anything about what I had witnessed during my wait. I was ignored. I asked another worker to reverse the order and again ignored. I asked a third worker who asked another worker who came to the front and keyed something in and went to the back without saying a word. I waited until a young woman (the one of two workers who was customer friendly) came to the front and I asked her to reverse the order. She investigated and found out it had already been reversed by the obnoxious guy who didn't have the decency to let me know he did. I left somewhat frustrated but glad my family and I would not be eating pizza made under such unsanitary conditions. Then I thought about all those other customers who did and realized I owe it to them and the owner...
Read moreThis was my second bad experience with this location so I’ve learned my lesson this time. Either order carry out or go elsewhere. Don’t order delivery because they have no delivery drivers. The manager delivers the order himself, if you ever get it. Oh, and don’t bother calling to check the status of your order because I was on hold twice for 15-20 minutes each time before they decided to just take the phone off the hook. I called 9 times total before I went to domino’s myself to have my money refunded. I placed my order (and paid for it) online this evening at 5:30pm. According to domino’s tracker, my order was ready and being quality checked at 6:01pm. It was still being “quality checked” at 6:30pm, 6:45pm, 7pm...you get the idea. So after many unsuccessful attempts to call and have my money refunded, shortly after 7pm, I drove to domino’s myself. The manager was kind enough to give me my cold pizza and cinnamon twists that had been sitting for over an hour at that point. They were really busy, but this is the second occasion I’ve heard the manager himself say that they have no delivery drivers. My point here is why are they taking DELIVERY orders when they have no...
