Dunkin' — Restaurant in Clay

With a little help from better employees. This place has potential. I have gotten 1 Coffee out of the dozen of times I've gone and that was the first time the drink was excellent. Double shot caramel machiatto with extra cr sauce. They are a new location and hired ignorant people, possibly needed a new manager because a good one would not allow such poor customer service , but the past few times I've gone there has been better employees. I'd work there my self but I'd lose it due to the improper management there . Working retail, and coffee isn't a walk in the park. Being a former 7 year employee to Starbucks, this i know, how ever being I've worked with coffee and retail, I expected much better . Maybe should of left it a dunkin and not a Baskin-Robbins as well. To much yo handle for such short staff . I've never had luck with donuts either . Stale or they are always out. Praying it doesn't shut down ever and they just get better employment. Ignorant people who choose their jobs, should atleasy try and show respect to People. * I take all this back * I waited half and hour for 1 drink and some bagel bites. I've literally worked with Starbucks and have been down people and 3 people seem like enoigh to me to get one person to make food , one person taking orders. One person making drinks.... not only do they make you pull around to park and wait ....... they lock the doors on customers bc they are so short staffed . I've never snapped at people before at an environment like this because esp because I know what it is like but this was...

I have to consistently remind myself to not come here, but i keep giving it chances. In the past the drive thru took ages to get through, no matter if i was the only one in line or if there were 3 cars in front of me. Ive resorted to going inside now, so i dont know how that is anymore. Most recently, the customer service person had a hard time with the POS. I ordered and iced chai and she asked if it was “the green one.” She had to ask management for help with removing an item and where items were on the POS. My iced chai came to me as an entire cup of ice with milk and a pump of chai in it, i couldnt even put my straw through. I asked them to remake it which they did, but it still came out as white, just with less ice. Customer service was nice and they did all they could. The customer service workers are NOT the issue and are NOT at fault. This is a manager and training issue. There have been barely any changes in the past year of how orders are made and carried out. Ive had multiple wrong orders, or things just not coming out the way they’re supposed to. The team must have a high turnover rate if every time i come in, the person at the register hasn't been trained on the POS. I understand the location of this dunkin probably calls for corporate not giving a damn, but i love dunkin. I’ll have to drive farther away if i ever want it, but this place has tainted it for me. Hopefully me writing this review will finally solidify for me that i wont be giving this place any...

Boy oh boy this place. Went here Sunday Fathers day maybe 830am. You would think on somewhat of a holiday they would have items in stock especially oh I don't know, donuts. So I wanted 8 apple fritters of course they only have 4. Then ordered a dozen assorted donuts. I get to the window to be told go park in the front to wait. Does it really take that long to put a dozen donuts in a box? So this person comes out and already I see icing all over the front of the box, not a good sign. I get to my parents house and look at these pathetic donuts. What a joke. There were only 2 different kinds of donuts in the entire "assorted" dozen box and zero cream filled or jelly, none of that just plain donuts. The apple fritters are even more hilarious. There may have been a thimble full of apple filling in these. 98% just bread. I mean donuts are what you guys do right? Charge 20 more cents and put filling in the dang thing. Will not...
