Beware of delivery! Ordered a meal to be delivered to my work ( 3mile away) They use DoorDash for delivery. Somehow DoorDash couldnt find my address and when I responded once I had the chance to I received a call from DoorDash and they said they would handle it. Minutes later received a notification that my food had been delivered when it never arrived. I tried responding again but no response! So no food and $20 wasted! Love tropical smoothie but delivery service unreliable! If door dash had a issue with my address they should have returned the food back to Tropical Smoothie right away and shouldve contacted to me in a professional manor and...

Full disclosure- this review is post a make-up smoothie courtesy of the manager! Had a not so great experience when I first came in but the manager made a point to reach out to me asking if I’d be willing to come in so they can try again post the chunky smoothie I had last time. This is my second time placing an order this week. I ordered the chicken Caesar wrap. The first time, the wrap was dry and crunchy like a potato chip. Today, I placed a family that included 3 smoothies and an acai bowl, and I ordered the same wrap again today, with extra chicken, dressing, and cheese. I also requested SunChips as my side.
