The actual play area and the amount of space for kids to play is quite impressive. It is also nice how parents can go through the play areas with smaller children to prevent them from getting trampled. Price was pretty decent and parents getting in free was nice.
There are a few issues:
There is very limited space to put belongings and shoes, we came on a pretty crowded day and their play space capacity doesn't nearly match the belongings storage capacity so we had to set things on the floor and on railing.
The bathrooms were also very small with only 1 stall in the men's and 2 in the women's, this might make it difficult to be able to help younger kids use the bathroom.
The snack/drink/parent sitting area was not very big and part way through our visit they announced that it would be closed for a private party. This left almost everyone with no place to sit.
They didn't have any germ spreading prevention at all whatsoever. This is concerning as the play area basically guarantees shared contact of surfaces between children very quickly. I would have liked to seen hand sanitizer stations all over the entrance and play area entrance and signs encouraging frequent use. There were also no signs or anything asking people with illness to not attend or at least wear a mask. Anything they could do to minimize the risk of sharing germs would be appreciated, especially in this place where the sharing of germs in the play area is almost guaranteed.
TL:DR Play area is fantastic for kids, Price is good, Parents are free and can go through with smaller kids. Small bathrooms, lack of belonging storage and sitting space. No germ sharing prevention whatsoever.
I recommend going on a weekday morning, less crowd will lead to an exponentially better...
Ā Ā Ā Read more(Sierra or Sara) the manager of kid zone is the most unprofessional, inconsistent, unstable, non qualified, bipolar manager Iāve ever come in contact with. I canāt say everything that has gone on cause there is not enough room to state it all even though I really want it to be out there. I TRULY HOPE THE OWNER(S) LOOK INTO HER AND GIVE IT A SECOND THOUGHT/LOOK AS FAR AS WHO THEY HAVE AS A MANAGER RUNNING THEIR FACILITY. If youāre the owner, just take a look at the camera footage for 2-8-24 between 430-5pm or ask her to truly tell you how she handled a situation or lack there of where she completely lost herself for 20 seconds and started SCREAMING AT THE TOP OF HER LUNGS in front of my 6 month old- 2 yr old & 5 yr old to which they ran outside and immediately got in the vehicle because she scared them terribly not to mention the rest of the kids and parents that were in attendance all while sheās yelling at the top of her lungs. Talk about policy and procedures she Herself donāt abide by on a consistent basis. CAMERAS ARE PROOF! Donāt disregard if your the owner. I am truly appalled. I have nothing negative to say about anybody outside of her because she is the one who Is misleading and misguiding Her team On top of continuously, being a biased bigot. When she was challenged and asked very specific questions about why sheās not running the business appropriately and on a consistent basis, she freaks out and loses it thinking that youāre trying to dictate or tell her how to do things. Thatās when her real people skills are on full display or lack there of and the fact that she wasnāt embarrassed to do it in front of 20 people or more has me seriously wondering why sheās even a...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI am not one to write reviews unless my experience is absolutely amazing or absolutely awful. Today hit the absolutely awful experience each time I have tried to go to Kidzone in the last year.
I had a terrible experience at Kidzone In December 2024, I rented a party room, only to find that the ceiling was mesh and connected to the childrenās play area. This led to some kids spitting on us and our food while we were trying to celebrate. The kids laughed and ran off and then returned doing it again over and over. To make matters worse, the staff did nothing to address this unacceptable behavior.
Today, I decided to take a couple of my grandchildren to play and buy a 10-visit punch pass, only to be told I would need to purchase a separate pass for each child. Each pass costs at least $110 for 2 hours and $153 for all-day play. Buying a separate pass for each child is outrageously expensive and not worth it especially if I have to buy separate cards for each grandchild.
I left immediately and took my grandchildren to Kidstopia, where their pricing and policies are much more reasonable. There, I can buy one 10-visit pass that can be used for as many children as I bring with me.
They need to change their policies and pricing to better match a more reasonable structure to win my business. I'd recommend others to go straight to Kidstopia and avoid the bad...
