I went to this subway location on 9/17/25 to pick up an online curbside pick up order that was supposed to be ready by 4:10pm. I got there and checked in around 4:13pm. At 4:25, when still no one brought out my order, i decided to go in real quick to get it, figuring they were maybe just too busy to send someone out with my order. When I got inside, there was a line of people, I stepped to the side and told them I was there for the curbside pickup order for 4:10pm. The girl (Dorothy) was not very polite and said " we're really busy!" I asked if it was ready or not, because it was supposed to be ready for 4:10pm, and i needed to get going. She said they didn't even start my order yet! So I asked if I could get refunded, because I needed to go. She said the only way to do that , was to call someone ( the manager, im guessing), so I said, ok, well, I need to go. She started yelling, " I'm trying here!" She certainly doesn't seem to be a people person for that job. By this time, I was really getting upset and frustrated with the way she was acting. Then when she finally started getting my order ready, I asked if the one she was making was one of mine. She said it was, so I had to remind her that I paid for it to have 50% more meat, as she was only using the regular amount of meat on it. So, I asked her if the other one she had already made had double meat, as I paid $4 extra for it, her reply was, " I'm pretty sure I did!" I told her I want to be certain she did, because i already paid for it, she again started raising her voice again saying, " I'm pretty sure I did!" She did NOT heat the chicken up for the grilled chicken sub( not toasted). Then too, as she was wrapping all the subs, she wrapped it and put it straight into the bag without using the sticker to ensure they didn't come unwrapped. So I asked her for the stickers for them, and she gave me 1 sticker for 4 subs! She said they never put the stickers on them....ugh! I said, yeah, they always do, this is the only time someone hasn't! I asked her for three more stickers, and then i had to go to a table, and get each of my subs out of the bag, and put the stickers on, after i wrapped them all back up because they came unwrapped!!! She definitely needs more training and to learn better people skills. This visit did it for me, I don't ever plan to visit this location again! I'll go to the one in Walmart or Philipsburg gladly!!! Read moreI stopped coming for a while as I was sick of one of the staff members always complaining about how much work she does and no one else does any work and the attitude she gave off. I came l 9back after a couple months and wanted soup at night and there wasn't any as they ran out 2 hours s before closed so they didn't make any more. Came in another night for soup andgot the same excuse. If you going to have soup, they have it til u close. It's like saying we have no ham so we can't make a sandwich because u don't want to take the time to slice more. I have heard from the staff how they try and get the close up things done early. If u say that u are open til 9 then u should have the food available. Clean up time is after u close not...
Read moreTerrible this time, very obvious the young man wasn't ready to make subs, he was cleaning when I walked in and I had to ask him to wash his hands before he started my order, he had no clue how to make the item..hardly put any products on the sub and when I asked Rachel to help she said I can't be rude, she was actually rude and said I can't be mean to the employees (I wasnt) she said he was in training so I simply said that she should probably be training him then.
