Worst customer service ever! The order taker on 5/1/25 at 2:54pm was extremely rude while taking my order as I clearly stated what I wanted and he repeated my order back to me wrong I corrected him and he still stated it wrong meanwhile corrected him again and he gave me a total that was incorrect only to read back my order again but added two more items m. I told him I didn’t order those items and again repeated my order and he then shouted “pull up to the window” all aggressively like I’ve got the nerve as the customer to want the items my way and pay for what I wanted not items added! So I said what” because I was clearly shocked and he yelled again this time louder’ then echoed by someone else as well “PULL TO THE WINDOW”! This was not only unprofessional but extremely rude. I then get to the window and decide to by pass it since nobody was there and also after feeling threatened plus the thought something being wrong with my food so I left only to hear them cursing me as pulled away on to the highway! Clearly this is what they do and how this shift operates with no thought of customer service. I was in no way rude to them to warrant this reaction. I simply kept correcting my order because it’s my order, my food that I’m paying for. This has got to be the worst Checkers ever. Each time I’ve came to this location I’ve encountered a problem to make an exception of early lunch time where it’s a bit better and I’d wait months and try again. Most of my issues is either the unprofessionalism displayed or cold food. I’m over this place and maybe calling corporate about this particular matter as it’s been too many instances that nobody is doing anything about! I will not be led to feel threatened over a burger. Read moreToday at 5:20 pm I visited this location with valid coupons (expiring 6/30/25) However, the employee at the window refused to accept the coupon claiming it "wasn't working" when I pointed out the coupon was valid, a female employee who was both unprofessional and outright hostile-intervened, claiming she gave me a discount. The numbers did not add up unless I was somehow being charged $5.00 for a diet coke. When I asked for my coupon back so I could escalate the issue to the corporate offices, she crumpled it up and in an act of complete disrespect, instructed her coworker to shut the window on me while calling me a white B. This is beyond unacceptable. No customer should be subjected to such blatant hostility, discrimination and unprofessional conduct. I immediately called Checkers/Rally corporate headquarters to file a formal complaint. I want to make it explicitly clear that this employee should not be working with the public under any circumstances. She is not only a terrible reflection of the Checkers brand but also a liability to the franchise owner of this location. Rest assured I will never return to Checkers after such a disgraceful experience.
Follow up: In response to the Owners comment. If you read the review you will see I already called corporate to file the complaint and have yet to receive a call.
