This was the absolute worst KFC I've ever visited. Avoid it at all costs. I repeat, don't eat here.
The late night customer service was the absolute worst I've ever experienced. The drive through is a single lane, so if you change you mind and want to leave your stuck. The only was out is to back out of the drive through lane.
I wanted twenty minutes behind two cars neither of which ever moved before I finally decided to back out.
There was a foul odor in the parking lot/garbage area and vermine were present as well.
I would give the place no stars, but 1 in as low as I could go.
In addition, the signage said the clsr at 11 pm. I arrived at 9:50 pm and I was repeatedly told they were "closed." Although cars were waiting for their pickup orders and signage said 11 pm.
When I asked for an explanation I was told "we've been closing at 10 pm for two months now."
When I recommended that they adjust their signage I was dismissively told to "have a good night."
THEN I couldn't get out for twenty minutes because of the poor drive thru design.
What a horror, the place and the people.

Update: The next day management responded and confirmed this place is mismanaged.
They said they're sorry I was disappointed with their service "during they're busiest time." (an obvious attempt to save face.)
As my review says, staff claimed the establishment was CLOSED, not busy. The owner doesn't seem to know what time the employees "close" the restaurant each night.
While attempting to explain the difference between the closing time stated on Google and the restaurant signage and the time they were closing, the discourteous drive through worker told me. "we are not responsible for anything on Google."
That, of course is a lie. They're Google Maps entry notes that their closing time of 11:00 was "confirmed by the owner 1 week ago." Google always attempts to regularly confirm all profile entry information with the business ownership. Even as they do for my business, regularly.
The workers are discourteous, ownership is disingenuous and the chickens are running the henhouse.
So I'm updating my true rating from "zero stars" to "minus-3 stars."
Please avoid this place.
When I finally backed out of the drive-through that night, I went further north a few blocks to Popeye's. I was served fast and the food was fresh.
Driving home 15 minutes later, I noted the same 2 cars were "still at the drive through windows of KFC, waiting to be served. I have no idea how they stay...
Read more-10/10, would NOT recommend going to this KFC location. My fiance went and order over $50 worth of food. The only thing that wasn't missing something/messed up was the Mashed potatoes and Mac and cheese sides. The box of chicken was hard, tasted funny(pretty sure they mixed chemicals into the food or the oil.. thats the only way i can describe the taste), and 6 pieces of chicken instead of 8. The coleslaw we paid for was never given. The nuggets we ordered were hard tiny, old crusty pieces of breading that would break ur tooth if u attempted to bite/eat them. We were missing atleast 2 biscuits that we paid for. And they didn't give us any sauce, even though my fiance asked them 3 different times if it was in the bag, and the girl at register swore it was. Both my fiance and i were violently ill within hours of eating this food. Idk how theyre still open, but i am going higher up, and if need be will go to the news about this location, and the poison theyre trying to pass off as food. I went to their survey site and asked for a manager to reach out to me(listed my phone # as well as email) over a week and a half ago, and still nobody has reached out to me from this company. They're a scam, are poisoning customers, and charging an arm and a leg for old food, as well as not giving you what you paid for/jipping you. I've given management plenty of time to reach back out to me about this issue. Yet, they haven't and probably won't reach out to attempt to make this right. That is why I'm here. On Google reviews. Putting our horrible experience out for all to see. And letting everyone know to go to a different KFC if you want edible food that wont poison you, and ok customer service. This management obviously doesn't care, and it trickles down to the rest of the team too. Buyer beware. This is the last KFC you should ever go to. Pulled up to pay for the 1st item, apologized for the omission and requested to order the 2nd item. Which was when the cashier indicated she couldn't add anything to the order and that I would hv to drive around again and order the 2nd item. Made no sense and no reasonable reason why she couldn't just request that the team place a 2nd order... which i could pay for separately while I was already at the window. Particularly since I had already acknowledged my error. After which she perfunctory handed me the 1st order and classes the window. Discussion over.. didn't bother to say thank you.. which I guess was her version of an efficient power play over a pot pie. Needless to say, the 2nd order was for my husband , so i drove around again and placed the 2nd order with her again. Hopefully, she doesn't aspire to be a Mgr, which takes grace and common sense.
