Extremely rude staff.

We called back about our order, believing there was a mistake with our food. We had ordered something with a sauce and had received a soup instead.

Now, I've worked in food service. The appropriate response would be to at least apologize for the misunderstanding (the menu does not describe the food as a gloopy soup). Restaurants I've worked at would want to keep a customer, or at least make them happy, and would try to make it right.

The woman hung up on me.

So I called back and said there must have been something wrong with our connection (because I have manners!), and we had been talking about the issue with our order, could we possibly have something else, even a side?

She told me to call 911!

She just kept saying "you can call 911 you can call 911" and I was shocked. Are you kidding me?

I ordered from here a couple of times this week because I've been craving Chinese food and it's hard to come by these days. But the service isn't just bad, it's abysmal.

THE RICE IS NASTY”” it’s something about the rice here! I don’t know if it’s old or just not done all the way or is it that new fake rice that’s going around at some of these Chinese restaurants per internet! It’s just not good at all. It holds no flavor and doesn’t heat well! I will NEVER ORDER RICE AGAIN FROM HERE AND IVE GIVEN THEM CHANCE AFTER CHANCE! Other items are good and delicious wings! I can say the quality and consistency is a hit or miss here! But from now on they gone have to give me my money back or recook my food while I watch and keep my eyes on them! I’m going to start holding them to same standards I do other restaurants when spending my hard earned money! Their not cheap anymore! They went up just as the other places! I’m not one to complain I just take my food and go but not anymore. Management if your reading this something as simple as rice should always be fresh and well prepared! It’s your staple and the main dish to everything you serve!!...

Horrible portions on proteins!!!!! Always. I’ve given them a few chances may be five. And every time there is no meat in it just rice or noodles whatever you order it is convenient because it is the closest Chinese food to my house other than that I would not recommend it for anything other than its closeness, couldn’t even get pork fried rice right! Maybe they skimp certain people idk place suck as much as I wanted to like it. You can tell they are miserable to serve people probably not too. Happy about their jobs. Good luck on your vacation. I know you’re looking forward to that be back in July to skip some more people.one serving in picture, 1 piece of small cubed pork! Pathetic, where’s the pride...
