I work in the office building across the street from the store. I'm a frequent customer to the point that the people who work there mostly automatically know what I want as soon as I walk in. Today I had an interaction with the " Manager" Gregory L. that has left me confused and offended. I placed my order and after I received it I asked for grape jelly ( as I do every time I'm there). Gregory tells me that in the future I would need to ask for grape jelly when I place my order because the charge for jelly is 10 cent a packet, me not understanding why I would be charged for a condiment considering I had just spent $6 for a breakfast sandwich and orange juice starting asking if the store had started to charge for ketchup, sugar and creme etc. I also did not understand why NO ONE ELSE in the store charged me for grape jelly in the past so I expressed this to Gregory as well. I was then advised that he was not "gonna" argue with me and actually told that he did not want me to return to the store and then threatened to have the police called on me if I returned simply because I was disputing his claim that the store charges 10 cent per packet of grape jelly. I cannot and still do not believe that Dunkin Doughnuts has trained their "managers" to ban a dissatisfied customer from the store and then threaten to call the police on them when the customer has done nothing but express concern about a situation their not happy about and did so without using any vulgar or profane language, no threats were made...none of the above. I was so appalled that I advised Gregory to refund me for my order because I had no problem taking my business elsewhere and that he didn't have to call the police in order for me to do so. I have since called and left message for his boss, called the 1-800 number and will also be drafting a letter to the corporate offices. At this point I don't care if they charge 10 cents for grape jelly or not because I cannot see my self patronizing THIS Dunkin Doughnuts ever again simply for the manner in which I was treated (as if I was a common criminal) I would like an official apology from Dunkin Doughnuts and will not let this rest until I...
Read moreThis location has gone downhill over the last few months. I come here multiple times per week. Order literally the same thing with very little variation. I order a simple Large Coffee with Cream, 2 hash browns and their advertised special(s) of the 2 for $3 egg and cheese English muffin. This week, they were out of cheese.. They gave me a medium coffee with cream and SUGAR (wasted coffee). And 2 outta 3 times, they PARK the patron to complete their order. There is NO place to pull forward at this location. And today, when I got parked for “fresh hash browns”,…. I got cold, hard, obviously re-heated hash browns that were hard as rocks. What did I get parked for? At least McDonalds has spaces to park people and you know that going in. If you are going to park me for hash browns, tell me that BEFORE you take my money so I can have the OPTION of saying never mind to that and keep it moving. Please stop parking people for standard orders, get the orders RIGHT and stop serving cold, re-heated food if you ARE parking people for “fresh food”.. And to top it off, THEY give the attitude when you get parked. I will go OUT of my way to get coffee and breakfast somewhere else. They don’t seem to...
Read moreWhat kind of Dunkin Donuts won’t accept a $50 bill at 4 PM when the total was nearly $12?! They don’t tell you until you get to the window, after you’ve already gone through the drive -thru and already placed your order. I had a $50 and two $1s and they said they only take $20s or less. They could’ve taken the $52 and given me two $20s and my food, but the incompetent “manager” Jackie (this is a guy btw) pointed to this ridiculous printed paper saying “we don’t accept bulls larger than $20” and closed the window and waved goodbye to me. Are you serious?!?? At 4 PM on a Tuesday afternoon you can’t take my cash and give me two $20 bills back and make the sale?!?! IF YOU ARENT WILLING TO ACCEPT THE CURRENCY OF THE UNITED STATES YOU SHOULD NOT BE OWNING A BUSINESS IN THE UNITED STATES. PERIOD. What a joke this place is. The franchise owner should have all their rights taken away because this is a bad look for Dunkin Donuts, not accepting US currency and letting some bonehead with half a brain cell be...
