I am giving them 2 stars because the food is good & some of the staff has been nice but our visit tonight was terrible. We placed a carry out order for a large buffalo chicken pizza & an order of Howie bread. We got there a little early & the girl at the counter tells me it's not ready yet but it’s in the oven so it will be soon. I say ok & go sit in my car. 5 minutes later I go back in. A lady in front of me walks out with her order. Then the guy behind the counter takes my name, walks over to where they keep the pizzas & then comes back over looking confused & says “Oh crap, I gave her yours, I mixed them up” & goes out of the door to find her. She is gone so he comes back in, doesn’t say anything to me & goes to the back & explains it to a guy I assume is the manager. No one ever comes back to say anything then the girl at the counter calls out the name of the lady that got my order. Just as that happens, she walks it out from behind the counter because she sees the lady coming back in with my food (at this point she had my food for at least 5 minutes & I don't know if she left the parking lot or not). So the girl comes back in with my food & goes around to the register, opens the box & says “I am going to see if it looks like they touched it” & I see her putting the top back on the marinara as they had opened it & spilled & she starts to say “it looks like all they touched in the sauce” & before I can tell her I don’t want food that someone else has had in their car out of my sight, the “manager” (I use quotes because he never identified himself, I assume he is & he obviously doesn’t know how to do his job well) just comes up behind her & says “I'm remaking your food now” & I say ok. He puts the old food on the top of the counter & I wait. I try not to get too mad because it was an accident but I had somewhere to be & still no one including the manager has apologized or really even addressed me as a person other than to say “I am remaking your food now.” So 10 minutes later, I see the “manager” take the old pizza & Howie bread off the top counter to a lower counter. He takes the Howie bread box off of the pizza box & puts it on top of my new one & brings it over (I watched him do it so I know he knows it's the old Howie bread). I open it & say, “no, this is the one the lady had in her car, I don’t want this one” & I point to the busted marinara cup to prove I know it is the old one & he says “oh, it is?” like he didn’t know and then huffs & says “I will get another one” and walks away without bothering to tell me how long it will be. Finally my stuff is done & he brings it over and I leave. I am never going back there again. First of all, I have worked in customer service my whole life and EVERYTHING they (especially the “manager”) did was wrong. He didn’t introduce himself, he didn’t offer to comp anything or give me any coupon to return for the trouble or offer a dessert or other side or anything Veven said no, it was too late when I asked to have cheese bread instead of Howie bread. But, the thing that made me the most angry was no one including him EVER said they were sorry. They made ME feel uncomfortable and like I did something wrong. The entire time the “manager” was waiting for my food to recook all he did was walk around looking all pissed off, huffing and periodically staring up at the ceiling. They didn’t do ANYTHING to make the situation ok from a customer service standpoint AND they tried three times on purpose to give me food that may have been contaminated by another customer. Nothing against the lady but no one knows what might have happened to it while it was out of our sight. Disgusting habits and terrible service. Not a good impression to make on someone who just moved to the area. Especially since we originally hesitated to go to this location because of all of the bad reviews on here but we wanted to give them a chance. This was our fourth visit to this location & will be our last. We will be going to the Largo store...
Read moreI would give no stars if possible. First off, the website page for this specific location states that they close at 2 am. I made an online order for two salads a little after midnight and was charged for my order. I received a phone call about 20 minutes after I placed my order from the restaurant saying that they were closing in 15 minutes, so either I can go get it or they can cancel the order. The guy was rude from the moment my fiance answered the phone. He immediately grew defensive when my fiance simply asked if we would be refunded our money. Practically yelling over the phone, he accused us of trying to some how force him into delivering our two salads when all we asked was if we would be refunded our money. Another person, supposedly the manager, by the name of Michael, then gets on the phone and tells us the same thing- that they're closing in 15 minutes we can either get it ourselves or they will cancel the order. We again ask to be refunded and say that they need to update their times on their page because it's only midnight and it clearly says closes at 2 am. He too catches an attitude and tells us that he canceled the order and our money will be put back in 4 to 5 days. LIKE SERIOUSLY!? Mind you this whole conversation took 15 minutes if not more so they could have made two salads and delivered by the time it was all set and done. The unprofessionalism these two men demonstrated and the fact that closing 2 hours or even 15 minutes early because they don't want to be there is okay is ridiculous. I have worked as a line cook for 7 years and have never worked anywhere where turning a customer away let alone being rude and nasty to a customer was okay. Whether and hour before closing or 15 minutes we always had to take care of our customers. We are now on the no delivery list and out of 20 dollars until they feel like putting it back on my card. Mind you we had made another purchase the same day for 40 dollars and tipped the driver 10. This isn't the first time we have had an issue with their service as our orders are never 100% correct (even the order the same night was wrong) but we never wanted to make a big deal or run the chance of being treated like crap so we never complained. Even if we weren't put on this no delivery list we would have never ordered from here again. We will be reporting this location and the two guys who we had this horrible experience with. I am so grateful my fiance was home because I don't know if I could have handled the extremely hostile and disrespectful attitudes...
Read moreHORRIBLE SERVICE! HORRIBLE STAFF & MANAGER. I placed an online order and somehow the store didn’t receive my address when it came through on their end. I noticed after a hour and a half the food still hadn’t came. I checked the status using the email confirmation I received that also had all details attached to it as I provided online when I placed the order. (ADDRESS & PHONE #) and the status said still in the making. So I called the store and I explained to the young lady over the phone the situation and she said they tried calling me a while ago because they noticed the order didn’t have an address on it. Then I told her I never received a phone call and I purposely left my ringer on. Then she said “oh yeah your order doesn’t have a phone number either” so I asked how that was possible when the email confirmation on my end provided all the information I filled out and she just statted “I don’t know” and stood silent on the phone. I then asked if they planned on trying to get in contact with me at any point since they were aware of the issue and again she stood silent on the phone. I asked to then speak to a manager and immediately as soon and he (JOHN) got on the phone he said “what do you expect us to do?” He was very rude and nasty and inconsiderate of the matter. He never once apologized on their behalf. He just kept cutting me off and eventually I just requested my refund he hung...
