If there was an option for zero stars, that’s what I would’ve put. The ice cream has nothing to do with it however. I always come here with a family of 5 and we love the ice cream here. The service is terrible and they treat you horribly. The second to last time I’ve been here they told me to pay first before I could eat my ice cream. I didn’t make a big deal about it because I assumed that everyone had to do that. All of our ice cream melted, and we just brushed it off, it happened once you know? This time I came, I was first in line getting ice cream with my family. Then the lady starts moving on and putting my family aside and attending others before me. I asked her “Wasn’t I first?” and she responded with “Well that’s how we attend here.” I said “Well I was here first so attend me.” And she responded sarcastically with “Well calm down, because that’s how it is. If not, I won’t attend you.” That’s when I got furious. I was absolutely done with her attitude and her sarcasm. All I wanted to do was to enjoy a nice ice cream with my family. She made my children worried, and my husband stressed and shocked about what had just happened. I am never coming here again, and hopefully more people stop coming here because the customer always is right. They should treat their customers with more respect because isn’t that how a business...
Read moreFOR ALL!!..Customer service experience to my last review with proofs attached:
Thank you for your dramatic and inappropriate response. Instead of addressing the concerns I raised — such as the strong, unpleasant odor inside your shop and the unfriendly service — you chose to insult me personally, questioning everything from my integrity to my birth. That speaks volumes about your level of professionalism.
Let me be clear: I am not “pleasing someone,” nor am I “sold” to any other business. I am a regular customer who simply tried both your shop and others in the area — and out of all of them, yours is the only one where a strong, unpleasant smell persists. That is a fact based on personal experience, not bias.
If your business truly prides itself on hygiene and customer satisfaction, then the appropriate response would have been to investigate and improve, not attack the person who gave honest feedback.
Your aggressive and vulgar reply only confirms what I and others have noticed — a lack of professionalism, poor customer service, and a refusal to take accountability.
I stand by my review. It's not about taste — it’s about cleanliness, customer respect, and transparency. If others want a better experience, Jamadi across the street offers exactly that. I gain nothing from saying so, except helping others make a...
Read moreIf you’ve ever wondered what it’s like to be ignored in plain sight, this is the place for you! Walked in hoping for ice cream, left with a scoop of attitude and a generous drizzle of rudeness. The woman at the front looked at us like we personally ruined her day by daring to exist. No greeting, no smile, just pure hostility. But the real treat? Their responses to negative reviews. Instead of taking feedback like a business that cares, they get weirdly passive-aggressive — like it’s the customer’s fault for expecting basic decency. It’s almost impressive how they double down on bad behavior and then play victim in the comments. And commenting to the girl in the review saying she was birthed by a man is wild!! It doesn’t matter if you’ve had your bussiness for 23 years you can have a crappy bussiness open for that long and it still won’t change the fact that so many people I’ve spoken to has the same negative experience! go ahead and gaslight the people into believing you’re worthy of your business. This shows no professionalism it’s something all of you lack. Go ahead and have the day you deserve and...
