Avoid this place at all costs!! One of the worst "dining" experiences of my life. I ordered a "Supreme Burrito" with ground beef and a side of chips with mango salsa for dine-in. The burrito ($8.50) consisted of literally nothing more than white rice, black beans, cilantro, and less than a teaspoon of ground beef. When the food was brought out, there were maybe a dozen small chips and no mango salsa as I had ordered/paid for. When I approached the cashier and asked where my side of mango salsa was, he replied that "it was added to my burrito" even though it was a side order for the chips. When I cut into the rice and bean filled "burrito", there was absolutely no salsa whatsoever. The tables were absolutely disgusting...covered with bits of food from previous customers...I highly doubt that they're cleaned more than once a day. Needless to say, my family and I will never visit this establishment again. If you value your health, and hard earned money, you would be wise to avoid this place as well. It should be shut down for lack of general hygiene and robbery of its...

Stopped here today, literally just finished eating my meal as I'm writing this.

I ended up getting a hard shell taco inside of a tortilla, i forget what it's called, but the vegetables taste awesome and full of flavor, the chips they serve with it are crunchy and flavorful as well, but the meat was relatively flavorless (I ordered chorizo), it didnt really contribute to the overall flavor of the meal. I asked for sour cream inside of my meal and I did not get it which was a bummer, but not a big deal. Their chipotle sauce they serve with the chips is actually really good. I was really disappointed they really didnt have anything spicy on their menu, I ordered the chorizo which was supposed to be spicy and their salsa with heat, and it didnt do anything for me at all. Even with my own hot sauce I brought, it just wasnt spicy enough. I was having a difficult time deciding between a 3 and 4 star rating, what broke it for me was the flavorless meat and forgetting to add items to my food. I might stop here again sometime, but it isnt going to be my...

Stopped in to try something other than Nelson Bros. (which I usually get when driving by) Ordered a Chorizo Burrito and a fountain drink.

Burrito - Tortilla was filled from a cold state. Y'all definitely need to warm up the tortilla. Rice was plain and lukewarm. Needed a little seasoning or something. Every bite just tasted plain and it was very noticeable. Meat was decent and the portion size was good too.

The cost of the burrito was reasonable but a 16oz fountain drink for $2.50 is ridiculous. thats over 30% of the cost of the actual burrito.

There are ads for stuff EVERYWHERE on the walls and glass and even in the bathroom. its uncomfortable. Staff was decent but not friendly. Chips were bland and room temp.

Overall,...

The food: Absolutely fantastic. Truly excellent. I love the cabin crunch wrap. I cannot say enough good about the food. I buy their sauce there, and at Walmart too. Everything I have tried so far has been excellent. Restaurant atmosphere: The place has a bit of an 'off' vibe to it, and it always seems to feel a bit cold. Not in temperature, but in atmosphere. Service: Relatively average for a small place. Often staffed by 1 or 2 younger people, who are doing 'just enough' and never seem energetic or display enthusiasm. I would say overall not very speedy and seem more polite than friendly. On a few occasions, more mature staff have been there and service was better. The food = 5 🌟 The atmosphere = 3 🌟 The service = 3 🌟

Ok, so after reading other reviews, I wasn't sure what to expect. We went in and there was only a couple other people, we weren't sure what we wanted and the lady at the register didn't rush us. We chose the queso chimichangas. They were actually really good! The ratio of rice, black beans, and meat were good. Everything had a great flavor to it. The chips and queso even surprised me! We didn't wait more than 10 min before our food was brought to us. The only reason I'm giving this place a 4 star review is bc they have flimsy forks and no knives to help cut the chimis into smaller bites. Other than that, I will most definitely be stopping here again!

Anyone who gave this over 2 stars should apologize. This food wasn't terrible, but not as advertised and not worth $14. Ordered a borrito bowl, and received a cup sized portion of lettuce and rice with a sprinkling of sausage. It was flavor free. This stop was a waste of my time. I try hard not to do the mcd, bk, etc, but in this case I would have been better off mealwise and $10 ahead.
